Charged an Amenity Fee which was never disclosed during booking process. Will. Not support Trip in thr future as wife felt taken advantage of us.

The room is very clean and the staff has very good service attitude. There is a swimming pool, gym, laundry room and performances on the first floor. There are free coffee, tea bags and water dispenser in the lobby.

It was nice to be right next to Hilo Airport.
There is no elevator in the hotel, so it can be a bit difficult to move luggage. The scenery is nice, but the room condition is not very good.

Older facility, the garden, koi pond is nice. Free use of paddle boards is awesome, with a park that has beautiful water access across the street. The terrible part is I believe on the bottom floor due to the garden bugs get in to the rooms and yes they were roaches...

Booked a room with a view and checking in i got a room offered in third floor, however without an elevator. Due to a bad back and heavy baggage i decided not to take the room and go for another hotel and got full refund. So service was very good (yvonne) but the lack of an elevator could have been mentioned in the room description.
