This was our second visit to Hotel Bellevue au Lac and again we were not disappointed. Lovely staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Our room looked out over the lake with a balcony where I could have sat all day. The location was very good with a bus stop outside the hotel which had us at the station in 13 minutes. Being by the lake we could hop onto the paddle boats with ease ads there landing stage was only yards from the hotel. Views were spectacular with access easy to tourist spots. The restaurant was a delight and breakfast plentiful and tasty. We sat on the verandah both to eat our meals and also to relax. We dined there in the evening several times and can highly recommend the food. We enjoyed ourselves so much here that we have already booked to return in 2024.

We stay here for 4 nights with a group of friends. It is not far from Interlaken West station (lee than 10 minutes walk) It has nice room, comfy bed but a little soft and fluffly pillow. The location is quite good, near supermarket and restaurants. Nice staff. Very good breakfast. It provide a lot of amenities with 2 bottles of mineral water everyday. Also have common room for guest's leisure and have some snacks.

Spiez is a pretty town and this is a pretty hotel. We travelled as a family and had two adjacent rooms. Our purpose was to take part in the triathlon in Thun and it’s very hard to get hotel rooms so we were lucky and had the last two rooms, facing the street rather than the lake, but we could go to the roof terrace to relax and enjoy the view. It was quiet and comfortable, the food was very good (the owners are Italian and Swedish) and the staff are very friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Beausite. We felt welcomed from the moment we checked in. The reception staff member checked us in and took us up to our room! Everyone was so friendly. We had a chat with the owner, who went out of her way to say hello and ask us about our day. I couldn’t rate them highly enough. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view of the mountain peaks were something I will never forget and they were right there outside our window!

I stayed here in August with two friends - we loved our room and were fortunate enough to get a balcony and view of the mountains - not that we stayed in room much as there is so much to see around the area ! But it was beautiful to wake up to ! Like the previous reviewer I was a little worried by some previous negative reviews ….. but be assured Hotel Chalet Swiss is rustic and charming and spotlessly clean and the staff were all wonderful - from front desk to kitchen staff We had a family room / triple room - and as it is chalet style - yes it will be an older style - but very clean and good shower and the beds were very comfy and they provided fans - it could still be hot but most people could open windows for breeze .. we didn’t only as mosquitoes seem to love our pale Northern Irish skin 😂 The breakfast was lovely and the ladies serving ( or organising some guests who seemed more clueless at moving around a small buffet space !) were brilliant ( they accommodated my need for oat milk as I was staying for 6 days which was so appreciated) the breakfast had a large variety of cereals , fruit , fresh bread and croissants and bread for toasting and lots of jams or spreads , cold hams and cheeses and scrambled egg and a coffee machine ( for those that say there wasn’t enough variety we were there for 6 days and even me who was more limited being dairy free - was still very happy with my breakfasts - and view from breakfast most days …. Now I’m home my own breakfast feels inadequate 😂 The staff were very helpful and the guy we were speaking to ( might have been the owner ?) on our last day was so interesting with a wealth of knowledge of the travel industry and changes he’s seen - sorry we couldn’t have listened to more of his tales ! ( the hotel also accommodated us checking out in am and providing left luggage storage before catching train back to Zurich in afternoon which meant we could make most of our last day ) The hotel is very convenient to Interlaken West - ( even with cases !) and also very handy to a Co-op supermarket which became our place to stock up on food / snacks for lunch - en route to the train for that days adventures . You can easily walk into Interlaken from the hotel but I highly recommend walking by the river ( it’s turquoise and you won’t believe it till you see it !) which takes you all the way to Interlaken Ost train station and to Harder Kulm All in all we loved our stay in Interlaken and would highly recommend this hotel !

How nice it was to return to the Rössli hote in its quiet, convenient location only a five minute walk from Interlaken West railway/bus/boat interchange, from where you can explore the beautiful Bernese Oberland region and farther afield using the excellent Swiss Transport system. The hotel is a traditional, homely, unpretentious, clean and well managed establishment with friendly and helpful staff. Christopher the owner speaks six languages and he and the rest of the multi-lingual reception staff can help provide local excursion tickets, information leaflets and general help with your itineraries that save queuing at the station or local tourist information centre. The hotel provides the Interlaken Guest Card that allows for local bus and rail transport within the town and offers discounts at local shops and attractions. My room at the Rössli was very clean, simply furnished with a very comfy bed, writing desk, multi-channel TV, safe, electrical sockets including USB ports plus a shower and toilet. There is a compact lift that operates between reception and the first and second floor, whilst remaining access to the third floor is via stairs. 24 hour free tea/coffee is available in the ground floor lounge along with a large screen TV with video options. There is also a small multi-lingual library and a microwave cooker plus utensils available so guests may bring in and heat up their own foods. On the second floor is another TV lounge with video library and children’s play area. Breakfasts at the Rössli are continental style with a yummy scrambled egg and bacon option plus the usual cereals, breads, meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, jams, yoghurts and fruit juices. Tea and coffee are served at your tables by their friendly staff including Jean Louis (Christopher’s dad) who provides humorous commentary and useful pearls of tourist wisdom to his many returning guests. The hotel also provides free parking and offers a pay as you go laundry facility. Across the road from the hotel are a pharmacy, Bank ATM, Pizza restaurant and within 150m is a well stocked Co-oP from where you can stock up on drinks, fruit and snacks that will sustain your on your daily travels. As the hotel is very popular, I would advise booking early to avoid disappointment. If you want a family friendly, cosy retreat that won’t entirely empty your wallet, then I would recommend the Rössli without hesitation.

The hotel is relatively small, the town may be relatively small, the scenery is okay, like a bigger one, it is recommended not to choose this Spiez in the town. It ’s okay. The hotel on the Zermatt hill where we live is the most pit The most pit, only more pit, do not come to live, okay! ”Zermatt's Little Red Book Hotel-River 1853” The experience was so bad, so had to let me magnify all its shortcomings We stayed for 3 nights and didn't change the sheets every day? I really heard it for the first time, and the room did n’t drink any water. [Goodbye] The good skiing mood also caused the waiter to be destroyed. Is it hygienic and also says our luggage is too messy? ”What? I'm spending your money compared to my house, so what do I want you to do? A hotel with more than 6,000 nights, the rooms are so small, and the large beds are also spliced, so we have n’t left yet. It ’s normal for the luggage to be messy. Here comes the point, why add water? what? 3 francs, equivalent to 21rmb, huh, I can sue you in China, this is the most tm irritated, irritable liver tremor, go to the restaurant for dinner without water, even if you order tea for money, heat the water after tea Want more money? [Crazy] In the end, this is the open-air bath. So sometimes the Internet celebrity is really very harmful. We thought it was beautifully set for 3 nights. The strength to step into the pit is also the strength to avoid the pit for everyone! This is the only big black spot on our trip to Switzerland. The worst experience [weak] However, I'm going to leave tomorrow, and I feel that they have discriminated against Chinese a little bit after spending 3 days together.

This is a fantastic location. It was across the way from the west train station and not far from the main town. We had a fantastic big clean room overlooking breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of hot and cold food, However due to lack of staff when things ran out, they weren't being replaced very quickly but the waitress did her very best and was very pleasant when asked. The only complaints that I would have is that the hotel is very out dated and in need of a bit of maintenance. Also the Irish bar is not very Irish! and no beer on draft so very disappointing But overall a fantastic stay.

Friendly reception despite early check-in. The rooms are small, but all equipped for a short stay. Breakfast takes place in a conference room and offers something to start in the day. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the room was extremely ring-hearted, so we could best hear the Asian travel group from their rise to the departure with the car on Sunday morning at 07:30. - Franks per night the accommodation does not meet the price-performance ratio. The beds are rather narrowly measured. The room was at tropical temperatures above 30 degrees, which were to be tolerated only with open windows. This means additional noise emissions from outside conversations and roller bags.
