Moreover, even if I was lucky to find another hotel, they said that if I did not stay at Toyoko Inn, I would have to cancel on the day and be charged 100% of the accommodation fee, which was essentially a threat. Is it okay to charge an extra fee using such a fraudulent method? In the hotel room, my child was bitten by a tick and was itchy and painful, and I couldn't sleep, and at breakfast, an elderly male guest was pushing my child from behind in the line, but no one warned him, so in the end, I had a bad experience at Toyoko Inn Himeji and it was a very sad stay.
