Note that a twin bed may have a large bed and a narrow sofa bed. Note that the hotel address is the name of the street that is displayed all day long. It is difficult for the driver to find it. Click on the map and you can see the hotel name, so you can find it. Be prepared to find that no matter where you go in the UK, breakfast will be almost the same and you won't like it very quickly.

Although we enjoy our stay at Premier Inn Hinckley Leicestershire, we have got one gripe.......Why are they selling bags of breakfast cereal at reception as duck food, £1 a bag .......This is NOT duck food , and very bad for ducks in general !!! .....Is it just a way of using up old cereal and making a profit ? .....Not impressed

Did not expect such a great location staff very helpful the best I have seen ever ! The lady at breakfast went above and beyond greeted us in such a lovely friendly way the effort she made was second to none .

This hotel is very well located near to everything in Hinckley, not far from the M69 Junction 1. It's a pretty basic accommodation and a little tired looking in the room but it's clean and the reception staff here are really friendly and very helpful when you experience an issue (even if the issue is if your own making as mine was). It's located right next to the canal which is very pleasant and also has a Brewer's Fayre right next door to it where you can get a pretty reasonable breakfast.

Claire on reception was an absolute gem after driving for hrs she was welcoming had a beautiful smile and nothing was to much for her she had a natural ability with flustered travellers !!!

Karen in the front desk was lovely and very helpful regarding my accommodation. It was a pleasure to have a warming welcome like this.

Welcoming staff as usual which I experience on every visit here. Great location with easy parking and taxi drop off. Restaurant next door, and views of the Marina wit easy access to walk and places to unwind and chill Fast food outlet a walking distance and 10 mins form train station.

It's in a good location. The staff are really helpful and friendly. But it's just a bit tired.The bar/ restaurant could be lovely, overlooking the canal but the carpet is like something you'd see in an old backstreet pub. Frayed, holes, filthy. Breakfast was good, meals just average. Rooms need a lick of paint, cracks in ceiling. Towels not changed and room not cleaned after 3 days ... And the toilet paper.....Cheapest of the cheap. It's not cheap to stay here but the toilet paper is like something you'd find in a 70's school. Like thin tracing paper ! Sort it out and don't be so cheap! It's cost cutting in the wrong place. If I had a choice, I wouldn't be visiting here again unfortunately.

Must say what a bunch of wonderful people work at this hotel. Received a warm and hearty welcome when I arrived with my colleagues in particular Ian who was manning the reception at the time. This was the consistent theme of genuine hospitality displayed by all the staff including Keira and Chris. The hotel itself was clean and all the facilities in the room were in good working order. But the stay was made memorable by Ian, Keira and Chris definitely worthy of being called the premier team!

Went for a kizomba dance festival and the hotel was great choice,the room needs better lighting Was a good experience, highly recommend. I am hoping to come back and explore de surroundings more

Heating not working in room, told receptionist who could not help, not great in February when it’s 2 degrees outside. Also the room was quite scruffy and the bathroom had a strange smell.

We stopped overnight on route from Devon to Grantham. The location was perfect not far off the motorway and by the canal. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was a meal deal and was good value. The rooms could do with some tlc but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Had to walk 50 yards to room (disabled) rooms are becoming very basic. The little things that make premier inn different are disappearing. NOTE! Car parking is a big fiddle. 3 times I have been threatened with fines having to prove I stayed there. Hotel staff not noting your Reg.
