"Thank you for your first time this time. The location was good and there was a convenience store near the station. the room that was guided was a big pillar by the bed. In order to open the window curtain, I couldn't open it unless I went up to the bed once, and it was very easy to use, so I wanted you to make it a normal floor plan next time."

"The hotel is integrated with the train station. The hotel does not have its own café or restaurant, so the breakfast is at an external Cafe at level 3. The hotel room is big enough for 2 persons. So for our family of 2 adults and 2 children age 10 and 12, we have to book 2 rooms. There is room amenities such as comb, shaver, toothbrush and body towel at the hotel lobby situated at level 4. The hotel is very centralized and well linked to other parts of tachikawa. The famous ramen chain Ichiran is about 10 minutes walk from hotel. The hotel check out time is 11.00 am. Any extension is at 1000 Yen per hour. We took the JR rail via Chuo Line to Tokyo station. It cost 660 Yen for adult and 330 Yen for child. We would choose this hotel again? Yesì"

"Hotel reception was able to accommodate me for an early check in for free of charge, I arrived at the hotel an hour and 30 mins ealier. Nearby the Subway station and the Airport bus drop off from Haneda airport. Facilities are great and provides daily clean towels and toiletries on front door even thou I did not requested for make up room. The location is perfect especially a 10minute walk to Tachikawa Stage Garden, reason for me to booked this accomodation for the concert event in the area."
