Love this hotel - we have stayed here several times on trips to Hiroshima and it's always great value for money for a family of four. The multi-lingual staff are amazingly polite and helpful. The views from the room were once again absolutely spectacular. Last time we looked right over Hiroshima castle. This time we woke up to sunrise over Hiroshima bay. Would 100% recommend for a family of four like ours.
The parking (Hiroshima Credo Motomachi) can be a little tricky to find - there are some good videos on youtuibe that show how to get to the entrance.

Convenient.. just next to JR station. Walkable distance, within 3 mins. Perfect location if you are bringing a huge suitcase with you.
Staff can speak English, don’t have to worry about communicating. Food are great too in the hotel, and many good restaurants at the JR station.
Overall is clean, just the hotel maybe some ages.

If you stay at a business hotel with three families, there are many places to add extra beds to the twin room, but this hotel has an adjacent twin room and a double room in the room connectivity There was a connecting room connected by the gingdoor, so it was very comfortable to stay with family 3 people. The bathroom used a large twin room and the toilet used both. Breakfast buffet was not luxurious, but it was a good content for the price. The hotel parking lot is on the 4th floor ～ 8th floor of EKI City Hiroshima opposite the hotel. Going to 1F by B elevator from the parking lot and going out in front of the hotel. Parking fee is 1,200 yen per night and will be paid at the hotel front desk at check-in. It is not a luxurious hotel, but it is located in a good location to access the station, there is also a parking lot, and the accommodation fee and breakfast fee were cheap, and it was able to stay in a clean and relaxing room. I thought it was a very good hotel considering the cost performance.

The Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel delivers from beginning to end regarding service and location. I had the chance to stay one night in early June before heading next morning to Okunoshima, and it was highly worth it. Next to Hiroshima Station, this location is a must. In addition, the quality of service provided by each member, either at the front desk or Club Lounge, was excellent. Daisuke in the Club Lounge was helpful and went above and beyond to assist during my stay. Regarding the room, I highly recommend booking a Club Level room or suite. The panoramic views of Hiroshima are amazing, but the room is exceptionally comfortable. I had the chance to stay in a suite, approximately 750 sq. ft., which was quite comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was worth it after a long day or walk in the city. I also recommend the spa facilities in the hotel. If you pay around 1,650 Yen, you can use the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and cold bath. This is a great activity to relax and disconnect from reality fully. I enjoyed my time there and would return if I had the chance. Overall, it was a great stay, and thankful for the generosity and excellent customer service provided by the team in this hotel.

Perfect location for the main sights of Hiroshima - we walked to them all from the hotel but if you want to get the loop bus, there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel. Room was well sized and very clean and comfortable although probably a little dated. The view was our room was very special though! A final bonus, a free happy hour for guests on the top floor! Staff were all really friendly :) I would stay here again.

Nest hotel is just five minutes walk from Hiroshima rail station . It is a new and young style hotel. Is large compared with the other I stay stars hotel I stayed. At third floor. Fruit and drinks by walked back to station again . beddings is new and clean the bed is very comfortable. we didn’t hear any train noise from room. They provide free bread and coffee in the lobby.  The room charges is quite affordable definitely we will come back to nest hotel in next visit to Hiroshima.

It is a modern hotel with a rebranded feeling. The interior is also renovated beautifully, but I was also worried that it was sacrificed by several concept priorities. The front desk is on the top floor, but there are few elevators, so people who go to the front desk and people who go to the room are always waiting. There is no front desk staff in the midnight zone, and when I checked out at AM5 to catch an early morning flight, there is no key recovery box that I heard that it was installed in 1F, and it is wasted to the front desk on the top floor and back in the back I was excused by the sleeping staff who would have been sleeping, and I couldn't feel it from the morning. 1F is a fashionable Italian restaurant, and there are many uses other than hotel users, but there is no accommodation privilege, and there are a large number of insects in the plant near the open table outside.

The hotel is located in downtown of Hiroshima. However, it’s on the street where a lot of bars and restaurants are also located. We arrived on Fri night and it’s a very busy area and not easy to find a parking space.
Room is very small and not convenient to walk after you lay down your luggage.

Fantastic hotel, opened just 9 months ago, still smells new. Located 10 minute bus trip from Hiroshima station and 15 minute walk from the peace museum/park. Stayed in beautiful one bedroom suite on 21st floor (second highest). Great view of the city through panoramic windows. Staff very friendly, engaging in small talk, specially when they see you are wait for example at the reception. Great breakfast choice, egg station. You can order to table some extra drinks like mango juice and waffles. Executive lounge located on 22nd floor, also great views. Lounge looking nice, with tables quite cramped. As far as food is concerned, I think one of the best Hilton lounges I recall. Choice of number of small sandwiches, cheese, cold meats, salads, beef stew, sweets etc. Swimming pool, dry sauna and large jacuzzi available.

This was my second stay here as I love the amazing location with a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea.
The rooms are clean, although the views vary depending on the type.
I especially recommend the ones with breakfast included!
It was delicious, and you could enjoy the local specialties ”okonomiyaki” and ”Onomichi ramen” while taking in the spectacular view.
I was happy when the staff asked me if I wanted me to take a photo for you.
I would like to stay here again.

GGuest UserWe arrived in Hiroshima by train and this hotel is super close to the train station so it was super easy to get to and from here with literally a 5 minute walk. It looks like the area has been redeveloped a bit so there's a bunch of good restaurants around the hotel. There is also a tram stop right around the corner so even though it's location is a bit far from all the sightseeing in the city you can get there easily by just hopping on one of the cool streetcars. The room itself is on the small side but the bed was super comfy. Shared bathrooms and toilets were clean most of the time and pretty spacious too. The downstairs common room and kitchen is great, there's so many kitchen appliances and utensils to use which was great. There's a bunch of manga books and boardgames too for some entertainment. The room could do with a few hooks to hang up stuff on the wall. Since the room is really small and there's no space for anything other than the bed and the tiny table with a stool it'd be a great solution to add some sort of storage for things like coats and bags etc. Unfortunately the cafe was closed when we were there so haven't been able to try this.

GGuest Userthis hotel was an absolutely lovely experience. The hotel is very conveniently located at Hiroshima station. It has by far the best hotel facilities that I experienced in my Japan trip (excluding ryokans where I have another very well evaluated!). Everything is very well-maintained, cleaned impeccable, and even though the rooms are not too spacious the overall experience is super comfortable. the bathroom is outstanding. it even have an ironing machine for your pants which was a lifesaver. The breakfast in this hotel is by far the best I had in Japan, and it has a mixture of Japanese and western food, adding to it the possibility of preparing your own Ramen on the spot while you’re having breakfast. The overall experience in this hotel was great. I really have no issues that could be improved and on the contrary I have 1 million things to highlight. I would recommend this hotel any day of the week.

GGuest UserIt's a Dormy Inn that everyone loves. This time there was a meeting in Hiroshima and I booked an annex near the downtown area. This time I chose Dormy Inn for sauna and hot springs. ４ It was a weekday Tuesday in mid-Medium, but it was quite crowded and the number of rooms remaining in Rakuten Travel was small. Check in and give you soft drinks or alcohol instead of welcome drinks. There was a sour Hiroshima carp can, so I chose it as a souvenir for a carp fan friend. It's a great souvenir. There is also a coffee vendor next to the front desk, which seems to be free. Both the elevator and the public bath require a card key, but the elevator card key is only authenticated, and it seems that each floor is not permitted ... It was cool on another floor. I am grateful that there is a set of ２ sets such as double rooms and towels. Even in the morning, you can throw the towel into the collection box in the large communal bath without hesitation. In addition, since there is no bathtub in the room and it enters from the toilet, the person who needs the bathtub in the room must specify the room properly. What was interesting was that there was a door in the space with a bed or desk, such as a toilet, a closet, a washbasin, etc., and the space was partitioned. The layout of such rooms in a business hotel was quite unusual, so it was impressive. For the time being, if you have ３０ minutes, you can go to the large communal bath. The sauna is not so large, and it feels like a pan pan with about ６ people. The water bath is also ２ people, but the water temperature is kept low at 12.8 degrees. It seems to be a system that automatically adds when water overflows. If you match the chair with the stall bath, there is a leg ４, and I think it would be better to take an outdoor air bath. There were quite a lot of washrooms, and at this time it was a large communal bath that was ６ but didn't feel narrow. After a social gathering, Dormy Inn's specialty night noodle soba Simple instant Chinese soba, raw but dry noodles. So, breakfast ＴＶ Dormy Inn's breakfast, which is said to be hot enough to be featured in the program, was very delicious from the morning. Also, if you have no soup 々 Noodles and okonomiyaki, you can cover everything. １８００ Do you think the price of yen is high or cheap ... It feels like. There are quite a lot of bread, * dishes, and side dishes, so I think it's cool even with children. There seems to be a shuttle bus on the way back, but I caught a taxi heading toward the station and moved to the station. ＧＲ It was a rare private taxi for Prius. VVarya_OThere are many rooms in the hotel, respectively, a lot of people. It is hard to catch the elevator because of the number of people. In the corridor right next to the room is a column from which music plays all night, though loud, but still.

Not very clean cups in the room.
Girls on the respiratory are not explaining anything, before everything you have to think about yourself. What, for example, toilet facilities are not in the room and you need to dial them in the hall. They have not told about breakfast how much it costs.
Excellent location, Memorial Park, you can say, right behind the corner. There are lots of horsebacks and restaurants nearby. The bus stop from the Hiroshima station is also nearby.

By far the best hotel of our trip to Japan. A definite FAV in our book. Clean, modern, spacious, excellent price, kitchen and laundry in room. Lots of accessible sockets and usb. Nice lighting. Good reception. Kids will love the bunks. I don’t know why people choose traditional hotels over places like this. Yes it’s a little further from the station but not beyond walking or a quick Uber. Only down side is it is a little walk to the eateries but really not that far and not enough to dampen our love for this business. Hiroshima was also a lovely city to visit. Highly recommend.

RRayレイNot a bad hotel and i dont understand why a fair hotel can only earn 3.2 on Google, thinking about the price and it’s location, it exceeds my expectations.
It is an old hotel but everything inside is well-organised and renovated. U get a breakfast for 500 yen more which has basics like scrambled eggs, mango yogurts, small crossiants, etc.
It’s quite convenient to have such an acco in the chushin of Hiroshima.

Kkenmatsu1A mysterious hotel like a central blowout, between a condominium and a business hotel. Not Wi-Fi as you comment. Others have large liquid crystal televisions, dryers, room coolers, and the minimum necessary is available. The window was not a net door, and the insect was scared and hesitated to open. Breakfast is not many items, especially Hiroshima specialty, but it is usually delicious.

Not so close to the center but yes it is possible to walk it (around 25 minutes) in the morning the keys didn't work for us and the guy at the reception didn't know how to help us. After half an hour the person in charge came and took care of the problem

SSarah H.Location ok, near the tramway, but not the nicest street. The room is very hot, uncomfortable and tiny. And it’s not exactly 2 beds. There’s one double bed and then there’s a very high and uncomfortable stepladder to reach a mattress that is very close to the ceiling. The staff doesn’t speak any English and we had to use Google translation with everyone. We were given the wrong room at first and waited 40 minutes to check-in. The woman didn’t know we had already paid for the room. Then the next day, we asked to leave our luggage before taking the train which they agreed to. And when we returned to gather them, they said they would charge us for this service as we were away for more than an hour. The staff wasn’t very cooperative or nice and wouldn’t let us leave. There is no sign or explanation anywhere about the fact that leaving your luggage is not free. It’s not written anywhere.

AAnonymous UserThe price is really cheap, 10 minutes walk from Yokogawa Station. Downstairs is 711 for the whole family. Attractions are not afraid of trouble to walk for 10 minutes to the city center. The disadvantage is that there is no curtain in this room, the hotel does not have an elevator, in fact, it is a hotel converted into an apartment in Japan, and the water flow in the bath is so small. Check-in is basically self-service, stayed for 3 days, except to see the young lady who cleaned in the morning, did not see anyone at the front desk. If you save money, you can consider living, health is justified, and the residential areas next to it are quiet.
