I made a reservation for accommodation with a national support discount, but the child was not eligible from the homepage. When I asked at check-in, he answered. Also, I waited a long time because I didn't seem to have a coupon even though it was a reservation site directly from the hotel. Since I had a child, my husband who was with me was tired of waiting while watching the child. Do you also have a morning? I was asked, and I made a reservation with the plan attached? I showed an email. It took all time. I apologized for the inconvenience, but I thought there was nothing in particular and there was no merit to apply directly on the hotel site. I stay 5 〜 8 times a year, but if I ask if I will stay again, I think I will stay ‥. It was a receptionist with that feeling.

this hotel was an absolutely lovely experience. The hotel is very conveniently located at Hiroshima station. It has by far the best hotel facilities that I experienced in my Japan trip (excluding ryokans where I have another very well evaluated!). Everything is very well-maintained, cleaned impeccable, and even though the rooms are not too spacious the overall experience is super comfortable. the bathroom is outstanding. it even have an ironing machine for your pants which was a lifesaver. The breakfast in this hotel is by far the best I had in Japan, and it has a mixture of Japanese and western food, adding to it the possibility of preparing your own Ramen on the spot while you’re having breakfast. The overall experience in this hotel was great. I really have no issues that could be improved and on the contrary I have 1 million things to highlight. I would recommend this hotel any day of the week.
