I paid more to exchange for a twin room so this review isnt for the single room as booked. I think upgrading is worth it though. Within walking distance from main attractions

Loved this hotel and its proximity to peace park. My only gripe is that, for the cost of the hotel, the rooms should be equipped with private bathrooms.

Budget hotel, in a very lively location-perhaps too lively for my liking as was very noisy in the eatly morning hours. Staff were really great and attentive, and was worth the price paid.

Good hotel, smoking rooms are a negative but can’t complain. Great location

Amazing hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. I stayed here for 8 nights as I had to go to Japan after my torn got injured playing Rugby. My son, who was on crutches, stayed with me. They were very helpful with him when he needed to get a taxi to the hospital, etc. When needing to clean, the room the staff waited patiently for him to get up move. There were plenty of shops around to get drinks and food, a washing machine at the hotel to use. They offer breakfast in the morning, no evening meals, and there is a microwave available to be able to heat up meals.

Old style but fairly good Onsen.

Room was as described, location was good, staff was nice, for the price I am happy.

Basic room, great location, shared bathroom and shower which are very clean though for the price I think a private bathroom should be included.

I will not use this trip.com anymore because i pay doubled in your site and i pay also cash in that ******** Hotel 28 Hiroshima snd the room that i stayed for one night is not worth it because its only a room there’s no bathroom and shower room inside the room.

Comfortable beds and pillows, plus lots of amenities to choose from like fans, humidifiers, irons, etc... Nice public bath and sauna. A bit far from public transportation though. Two fast elevators, so no waiting. Good housekeeping.

Enjoyed my stay! No discomfort at all.

Close to the City Center, nice bath. We had booked something wrong but the staff was very helpful and changed it for us. Breakfast also very good.

Decent location, but dated with hard pillows and beds

It was very comfortable especially for the price. 100 percent would rebook if in town again.
