Hotel Cla-SS Hiroshima-Ozu

It was raining on the first day, so it was a bit difficult to find the inn while carrying our luggage. The room was much larger than we expected, and we were able to relax in it. There were two things that bothered us. One was that the hand soap was in a foam bottle, but the contents didn't seem to fit, so it didn't come out properly. The other was that the bathroom door was facing the wrong way, so you couldn't walk through the hallway when it was open. Overall, we were very satisfied. This inn is recommended for large groups and families with small children.

This place is depressing. There's a strange smell in the room and the noise between floors is loud. However, the water pressure in the shower was good.

It's a bit of a walk from the station and the walking path is narrow, but the room size and facilities were very good. It is unmanned, but the check-in and check-out procedures are simple and easy to use.

Unlike the online reservation, the number to dial was not written on the reservation form, which was very inconvenient. The people staying at the same hotel helped me out in many ways. The emergency contact number was quick and helpful, but it would have been helpful if there were clear explanations, as some people are not good at using the internet. The room was comfortable, but there was no chair in the bathroom.

駐車場が少し遠いこと以外は、申し分なくとても綺麗でした！また泊まりたいと子供達も話したいました。

部屋に入るタッチパネルがわからなかった。大人4人でベッドが4つあると思ったが、ツインベッド2つにソファーベッドであったため不満であった。前もってわかりやすく掲示してほしい。
