The front desk people were Great! the cleaning staff never offered to clean my room the 4 days I was there. Facilities were good and so was breakfast. But mostly the hotel staff were great and made the stay a pleasure.

It's an express hotel in the suburbs. I booked this hotel to be closer to the visiting guests.
The room size is pretty good, and the facilities are up to domestic Hanting standards. The breakfast room is large and has a rich variety.

Quality Hotel Winn Göteborg
Booked in the last minute so didn't had much hotels to choose from as other hotels was fully booked, and this hotel was "cheapest".
Its a old but basic hotel outside the city center.
+Breakfast.
+Free Wi-Fi
+Swimming pool (time must be booked).
+Car parking (cost 100kr per night).
+Hair dryer in the room.
+Heater.
-No iron but probably can get from reception.
-No refrigerator in the room if I remember correct.

The property was an average one, which is fine, however there was no fridge, coffee maker or even a phone in the room. Since you could not call the front desk, you had to go down each time. In order to have a cup of coffee from the lobby area you either needed to pay (I've never been to a hotel anywhere in the world where coffee wasn't complimentary) or become part of their Peacock Club." or something like that. The staff were also extremely rude with the exception of the two people in the dining room and Peter at the front desk. Peter, in particular, was fantastic. He was very nice and really went above and beyond for the guests. He was actually listening for quite a while to a man tell him how horrible the rest of the staff had been to him and his family. Overall if you're looking for a cheap place to go then this is fine but if you want a nice place with great customer service then look elsewhere.

Fairly priced nice hotel. The rooms are spacy and clean with all the basics you need. Its not luxorious but if you only need a place to sleep this hotel will do just fine. Friendly and helpful staff.

Helt ok. Ville checka in ca 1,5 h innan ordinarie incheckning, fick ett nej vilket var helt ok. Mannen i receptionen kollade inte om mitt rum var ledigt, utan sa bara nej. Väntar i lobbyn kvar i lobbyn. Under kommande 20 min är det 4 sällskap som också vill checka in tidigare, alla får ok och får tillgång till sina rum. Jag ifrågasätter detta (då står det en ny kille i receptionen) och då går det plötsligt att checka in tidigare trots allt. Mycket märkligt och otrevligt som kund. Rummet var slitet, avskavt med färg på lister och väggar, golvet i badrummet var sprucket på flera ställen, listerna i duschen kändes ofräscha och var smutsiga.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Jättebra frukost. Rent och fint samt en relaxavdelning med pool. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka.
