The good experience started when I had to change dates because of Immigration Department mistake on paperwork. The host adeptly used What'sApp to change arrangements. The excellence of that approach continued with messages for airport transfer. [Border control makes your time of leaving the terminal unpredictable.] Check in was a breeze, You do need to use the remotes to get the aircon working, but they are intuitive. Washing machine a great help but you can also get it done really cheaply through a service, Everything really clean, and street noise isn't a factor. Location handy for convenience stores and a large supermarket. None of the many places to buy food and coffee nearby disappointed, and using Google Translate to show the phrase Not Spicy Please always worked. It's a moderate walk to some attractions which can be a challenge in the height of summer but Grab is so efficient and inexpensive that you should not factor this into your thinking. Ward 5 of district 3 not touristy. WiFi excellent but I couldn't figure the TV but didn't feel the need to. The tricky ones of this brand are a universal thing in hotels round the world nowadays. Usual advisory about shower: the taps and thermostat outside the ANZ region don't match our modern, very strict regulatory standards but this is not a problem if you take care in the first few minutes of first time use. Power outlets positioned well if you are using a bulky travel adapter. I had an evening flight and arranged a late checkout a few days in advance with ease. Airport transfer was easy with staff using What'sApp to advise me of driver being delayed in a peak hour jam. Staff were friendly, which should never surprise but they were also genuinely kind, which is quite the thing,
