The house in the photo was not the one offered. The first apartment was old. Wornout and dirty. The furniture is ripped and old. After complaining I have received a different apartment which is as well dirty and smelly. The beds are noisy and old. The water kettle is rusty. The photos attached are the first and second apartment

This was an extremely disappointing experience due to the poor conditions and misleading photos because we didnt stay in the iconic building but in a random ugly building in the area. my experience was significantly different from what I had anticipated, as a result of the misleading images on their website. The room's actual condition was a vast disappointment. The primary concerns are as follows: Inaccurate Images: The website's images depict a hotel structure that is entirely distinct from the actual structure. In the photographs, the room appeared to be modern, clean, and spacious; however, it was in fact outdated, cramped, and far from spotless. The television in my chamber was nonfunctional. I was unable to enjoy any entertainment during my stay as a result of the front desk's failure to address the issue when I contacted them. Mold in the Bathroom: The bathroom tiles were visible with mold, which is a clear health hazard and entirely unacceptable. Additionally, the lavatory was also inadequately cleaned, which contributed to the discomfort. Room Condition: The room's hygiene was significantly subpar. Dust and grime were evident on numerous surfaces, contributing to the impression that the room had not been cleansed thoroughly in some time. I was greatly disappointed by this visit, as it was not at all the relaxing experience I had anticipated. The apartment is quite good and very clean. We could even watch movies in the living room. It's also located right in the city center

I really enjoyed staying at Tam's apartment. I've already booked more nights for my return trip to Saigon. Tam was quick to answer my concerns and questions. Highly recommended for other travelers visiting Sai Gon

Amazing stay! Stunning views from the 48th floor, a fully equipped kitchen, convenience stores downstairs, and a great park nearby. The host is super nice and responsive

The place was spacious enough for the three of us. Since we mostly ate out, we didn’t mention the clogged sink to the host. Overall, it was a great experience, and the host was super friendly and responsive
