Staycation Downtown - Ben Thanh Tower D1

On the day of my departure, they informed me that the room I booked was unavailable due to electrical issues and moved me to another building two to three kilometers away. This meant an extra 200 VND in taxi fares daily. Furthermore, the room's hygiene was appalling. Even the disposable slippers had clearly been used by someone else and were dirty, not to mention the sheets and duvet covers, which were also filthy! They demanded a deposit of over 500 VND upon check-in, which wasn't refunded until a week after check-out. For anyone visiting Vietnam, I strongly advise booking a proper hotel. Definitely steer clear of these apartment-style accommodations!!!

The room type does not match the photos. The room is shabby and dirty. No exchange or refund. The hygiene is not good. The three-bedroom apartment booked has only one bathroom, which is small and narrow (the room type is seriously inconsistent. They said that they would not refund if they provided the correct room type). The hair dryer is broken and cannot be replaced. Complaining to customer service is useless. They just said that the landlord is unwilling to deal with it. It is useless to contact the hotel front desk. They said they can't do it. It was only after complaining several times that they reluctantly changed the towels and hair dryer on the last night. They only gave six bottles of water for three nights. I am also convinced. I have never had such a bad experience. Everyone be careful
