This hotel, having just opened in October 2025, is still sparkling new. The simple yet cohesive design was incredibly sophisticated. All the staff were friendly and spoke excellent English.

Clean, new hotel in an excellent location, close to everything — shopping and restaurants. The service and attention to each guest are top-notch. The only downside was the extremely noisy refrigerator.

Hotel was newly opened in 2025, so furnitures and beddings are new/clean. Polite hotel staff who went extra miles to serve, good English command. Hotel comes with free breakfast (decent selection with a warm noodle soup / egg station) and afternoon tea, which comprise coffee and small cookies that taste good. Comes with free washing machine and dryer on the top floor for guest use, which makes it convenient. The pool is for jacuzzi use, rather than actual swimming purpose.

The public area and decorations do look like in the photos, the personnel and service are good, breakfast buffet is correct as well. The weaknesses are hardware, the air conditioner is very old and with bad performance, the one in my room is having problems on condensation and it rains cats and dogs in my room, had to sleep in another room during one night. Other utilities are no better, the bed frame has sharp wooden edges on which I cut my leg. Some rooms are without windows, I suggest you to avoid them, there is strictly no ventilation system so no fresh air. Unless you enjoy living in a cave I mean..

I really love this hotel a lot — the service is impeccable, the staff always greet you warmly at the door, make small talk to show they genuinely care, help with everything, and even surprised me with a birthday cake in my room even though I didn’t mention it, with a special shout-out to Celine and the guy in the picture (I didn’t manage to get his name) for making my stay extra memorable! they also reply promptly on WhatsApp, and for a hotel that just opened a month ago it already shows so much potential, with good service, a good location just 10–20 mins from major attractions, great amenities and facilities, and although I didn’t get to try the breakfast the buffet spread looked amazing, so I highly recommend staying here in HCM and I’ll definitely come back again :)

The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. I really appreciate the warm wishes and thoughtful arrangements from the team — it meant a lot to me.
