having had some overwhelmingly positive experience with staying in similar hotels in china (specifically UrCove hotels by HYATT), i was looking forward to my stay here as i have read from the reviews that the owner of this hotel is from china. this hotel did not disappoint. definitely affordable, especially for a hotel right smack in the most convenient location of district 1. clean, luxurious vibes, top notch Chinese amenities (free self-service laundry room with detergent included), and the classic chinese smiley and friendly service. not surprised to hear from the manager John, who is an amazing lad by the way, that the owner basically copy-pasted the entire concept that is the standard from china. fantastic value-for-money. location is great, walking distance from all the usual suspects. fyi, you have to order banh mi huynh hoa on grabfood while you're staying here, trust me, it will be the best banh mi you have ever had. p.s. breakfast variety may not be the best, but still decent for a quick bite and a solid coffee just to start the day before you set off for some amazing street food.

We booked a family room, which was incredibly clean, spacious, and quiet – no issues with soundproofing at all. It's super close to all the attractions, easily walkable. If you have any questions, the front desk staff are happy to help and will genuinely recommend places to eat. (One of the young men there was absolutely adorable, only in his early twenties! 🤭)

i enjoy the stay, the hotel is strategic location, it's just the entrance is hard to locate. room is clean and spacious, lobby is comfortable to hand around, staff is friendly. i have strong impression of the front desk staff. strongly recommended to all traveller that need a short stay at ho chi minh.

The hotel is new, but it's a bit tricky to get a taxi since it's located in an alley. On the first day of my stay, the male front desk staff member was quite cold. I had originally booked for two nights and wanted to change it to one, but the hotel kept refusing. So I decided to stick with my original two-night plan, only to be told upon arrival that my modification was successful and I could only stay one night?! I was speechless. Thankfully, Trip.com customer service was reliable and helped me sort out the rest. All the other front desk staff were very enthusiastic (except for that one on my check-in day).
