We enjoyed the stay in this boutique hotel!
Space: Design is nice. The King room is very spacious, seems like 2x double bed combined. It probably can fit 4 people.
Cleanliness: I travel few times a month for work & my partner has high hygiene standards. The rooms are clean 9/10. Only exception is toilet flush is a bit too aggressive, we press slowly to avoid splash.
Building/Structural: Lifts are fast. 4 units per floor. I saw some reviews said soundproofing is bad. During our stay, we only heard some sound from next door when standing near the connecting walls. Other than that, this wasn't a big issue for us.
Breakfast: Don't expect as much variety as chain hotels but it was good enough for us. You can choose one pho + eggs per person, and still take the usual hotel buffet spread. Spread items change daily.
Location: Accessible location with many food options nearby. We walked mostly to nearby attractions like Ben Thanh market, war museum, etc. Bonus: road outside isn't congested so Grab taxis can pickup/dropoff easily.
Service: good, staff was friendly and helpful.
Onsen: Good to relax, not too warm as we're in SEA.. don't expect japanese onsen temperature. there is also steam room + cold plunge
If I had to nitpick, there are 3 areas for consideration:
1. There is no key card access to lifts, anyone can go up. As it's a small hotel, reception is usually alert when you enter.
2. I wish there was 1 more small box of tissue in the toilet for easy access.
3. Toilet is dark for makeup, bring your own mirror lighting if needed.
Overall, recommend this stay, worth the price!
