【Noisy】 【The kind of noisy that makes it impossible to sleep】 【Like a lower bunk on a regular green-skinned train, with rattling noise!!】 Because the noise sources are: refrigerator noise + air conditioner noise + outdoor AC unit noise + drafty windows + vibrations!! A quintuple threat!! On the first night, we were given room 202. They sent someone to fix the AC and helped unplug the refrigerator, but it was completely useless! The main noise sources were the outdoor AC unit noise + vibrations + completely drafty windows. Since the hotel was fully booked that day, they promised to move us to a quiet room the next day, so we toughed it out for one night. On the second night, we moved to room 601. All the same problems, replicated! We couldn't take it anymore. We even called the front desk to our room at 2 AM to let them hear the noise themselves! The front desk said they could upgrade our room again tomorrow. We explicitly stated that we didn't want to switch rooms again because we had already checked out two other rooms while the hotel was being cleaned. The answer was: even noisier! We also clearly requested an early check-out and to change hotels, but no way. Whether communicating with the front desk or through Ctrip with the hotel, the hotel always said, "I can continue to upgrade and change your room, I can offer you any solution except a refund," but they absolutely refused to admit it was their problem 🙄 Aside from its location, the hotel is good for nothing. The photos are all wide-angle with filters, a complete scam!

1. The front desk staff was excellent; they helped me with my luggage even though I arrived very late. 2. The room left a lot to be desired. It was quite small, and since I arrived late, I was given a room near the elevator. The soundproofing was terrible, and the facilities were very basic; the showerhead was broken. 3. The location is great, with convenience stores and banks nearby, which is quite handy. This hotel is suitable for travelers needing a one-night stopover, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.

Great for couples, families, and business travelers. The price is affordable, and the room decor and facilities are nice. The only minor issue is that the hotel entrance is a bit small and hard to spot, and Google Maps' location accuracy isn't great in that area.

Everything was okay, but I still had a few concerns staying at the hotel, so everyone should be careful with their money and keep it safe 😌

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City! The location in District 1 could not be more convenient. It's within easy walking distance of popular attractions like Pham Ngu Lao and Ben Thanh Market. There are also countless restaurants nearby, and a convenience store right across the street, making it incredibly easy for both daily life and getting around. The hotel itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable. But what truly stood out was the warmth and thoughtfulness of every single staff member. Their positive and friendly demeanor really enhanced the entire trip. What moved me the most was one night when my phone suddenly broke, and I desperately needed it for work the next day. Upon learning about it, the hotel staff went above and beyond, helping me contact and resolve the phone repair issue in the middle of the night! This kind of meticulous and beyond-expectation service was truly touching. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City for tourism or business. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. All the staff are very young, lovely, and incredibly helpful. If I get the chance, I will definitely come back here again and recommend this hotel to my friends. The best part is the hotel's location. It's right in the city center and very close to Bến Thành Market and the metro station. I absolutely loved my stay here. ❤️

The hotel's location is convenient; it seems to be near Koreatown. You can walk to Saigon Centre and Times Square. There are also many restaurants and spas downstairs. The only minor issue is that the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed.
