5/5PerfectIt was an excellent experience at Pullman Saigon. We especially like the Pullman's when we travel. Staff are always friendly. Facilities are great. The Breakfast is just AWESOME!

5/5PerfectThe hotel stay and flights were more than perfect, no complains, hotel service was top notch. I am a first time trip.com user and in the past I usually book these separately and directly with the hotels and airlines. But this time I thought lets try booking on an OTA and it's more value for money, more convenient and there are loyalty points that I can use for my next trips..however after I had paid and had been issued a booking confirmation, trip.com cancelled the hotel stay citing room type wasn't available and I wasn't allowed to cancel my flight as the ticket has been issued. This means they expect me to fly over without a place to stay. Trip.com said the only option I had now was to book the hotel stay separately but this would be more expensive as now it isn't considered a package. I reached out the hotel directly and they mentioned there still availability for the room type I had booked and I checked trip.com again..the excat same package was still on sale. In the end trip.com mentioned they will honor my initial booking rate for the hotel and sent a form over for my reimbursement but i had checked with my bank and had Informed trip.com that my bank only has a swift code not a sort code which the form needs. I tried keying in swift code but it wasn't allowed on the form. I have send numerous emails requesting for a solution but i got no replies till today..it has been a week now and I had oleady came back from my trip. Very bad and one of the worst customer service experience ever not sure if I want to ever use trip.com again. Felt cheated.
