Reviews of Lotte Hotel Saigon

I was so impressed with the hotel that I'm leaving this review. This was my first hotel stay during my two-week trip to Vietnam, and as a mother and two children, I was nervous when I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, but the Korean woman at the reception and the Korean male chef at the breakfast restaurant were incredibly kind and thoughtful, which really impressed me. I'm so sorry I didn't get your name.... Overall, I'd give it a perfect 100 out of 100, and if I could give it more, I'd give it a perfect score. It's so clean and the food is delicious. (I've stayed at five hotels in Ho Chi Minh, Nha Trang, and Danang. I've also stayed at the Sheraton Intercon Melia, but Lotte is my top choice (for breakfast and service). My child's birthday is in the same category (the date of birth is on his passport), so I asked for a simple service... but this wasn't a service, it was a special event. The receptionist whispered to me what time I was coming in so my child wouldn't hear, and then prepared it for me. It was so wonderful, and my child even brought a card. I'm so grateful that you prepared an event that will be a lifetime memory for my child... Every single action was so thoughtful. And when my child asked about the food at the breakfast restaurant, the Korean chef (a tall, handsome, and dependable man) was very kind. I'm not sure if I can post it here, so I won't write the details, but my child has been to several hotels. I've been there before, but he said the Lotte Hotel Saigon is the best hotel. I arrived late and asked to use the pool until 10:00, but he said he'd only use it for a short time, maybe around 9:30. He happily agreed (I've heard other hotels say this isn't allowed). He was so considerate that I left early to catch up with the kids. The pool is beautiful and well-maintained. There's an Egg Coffee convenience store right across the street, and the location is perfect for walking around. I highly recommend it. Between Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang, and Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City was my favorite. I think it's thanks to the Lotte Hotel. It's the only place that serves coconuts at the breakfast restaurant. The Sheraton Intercontinental doesn't serve coconuts, but their breakfast quality is top-notch. I'm busy with work right now, so I should've made time to write a review for the Lotte Hotel, but I'm posting it here first.
