Ace Hotel Ben Thanh

I love the place and also i like the establishment around the area. The location is very convenient and the service is good.

Very poor service. No one was there to help us with our luggages when we arrived. You need to carry your own bags in the basement to catch the lift. Do not attempt. Very dirty. Linens unchanged. 😔😪

Location was in district 1 and within walking distances of many places of interest. Staff was very friendly and had no issues checking in. Room cleanliness was ok, although room was a bit small

It was convenient for the price and area but I say this is more of a budget hotel, it look good on the outside and lobby but the rooms were a different story, staff is very friendly and accommodating no complaints there at all.

Very near to shopping area n food providers , clean and value for money.

We got dropped off and the location I have to say is great. At a clean street and so near to Ben Than market (3mins walk). The hotel was located at a “nicer” “upper” street so it still was quiet at night without being too far from the action of bars, restaurants and clubs. Downside was the cleanliness of it. It was questionable but with the price we paid for, I guess it would have to pass. The blanket didn’t look like it was changed at all and the bathtub had stains. The toiletries were next to nothing. Overall, okay for stay with friends for a couple of nights. Personal review 3/10.
