Despite asking for a quiet room it was a bit noisy because the hotel is close to a highway and there is a field with ducks nearby. The pool and the roof top bar are fine. Bed is comfortable. The location is super convenient pretty close to the opera. Breakfast is also very good

Stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Ben Thanh Market and the buzz of District 1, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The real highlight, though, is the rooftop pool and bar: nothing beats floating above the city chaos with a cocktail in hand and a panoramic sunset view. Service was warm and attentive throughout. Perfect base for exploring the city without breaking the bank.

Good location, easy to get around. The hotel is modern, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the rooftop pool is a nice touch. Rooms are decent, but make sure to book one with a window. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay.

What a great location! The hotel is right in the middle of the best restaurants and bars of district 1! You can get any kind of food you want! Convenient stores are nearby and it’s an easy area to Grab a taxi! Excellent breakfast and kind staff!

Superior room with no windows!!! This wasn't stated in the description :( So I stayed in a hotel, near the beautiful bay area with absolutely no view at all... super disappointed. The room is compact and not well designed. The WC opens directly to the bed (as shown in photo), and the shower screen can't close shut. Aircon is overly cold even when I set it to 25C and L-fan. When I checked out, the customer service asked to check the room first, and did not inform me when everything's done. Ended up waiting (for nothing) in the lobby for 20min. First time in the hotel, and surely my last time as well.

Great hotel in a great location. Lots of good restaurants within a short walk. The roof top bar & restaurant has amazing views of the river & surrounding area.

Friendly staff at check-in, restaurant and bar. Cleanliness of the room was alright, with the toilet being a bit old and having a bit of rust and stains here and there. Booked a room with river view, but there was no view of the river, can only see a bit of it from the corner of the window.

The front desk service was very professional and efficient, no fuss at all. The room was a pleasant surprise; first off, the minibar drinks and snacks were completely free, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I honestly didn't want to check out.

The overall experience exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable bedding – I slept soundly all night. The front desk service was warm and attentive, offering Chinese-speaking staff, and check-in was quick. The location is convenient for getting around, and downstairs is the famous Red House Cafe. It offers great value for money, and the breakfast was also excellent. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Compared to a four-star hotel in China, it's not quite on par, but overall it's still pretty good. I stayed on the 12th floor facing the street, and the motorcycle noise outside was quite loud. The drain in the shower also made a lot of noise when the water was running. Still, I slept quite peacefully and soundly until morning.
