It was great to stay there for this price. Not big or luxury hotel, but people are very nice. Room was very clean and cosy.

It’s located at a small neighborhood. Quiet but easy to easy. Many restaurants and cafes around.
Towel got too much softening and not seem to be cleaned. Family run hotel.
Fake windows which you can’t really open get some real fresh air.
Rooms are very small.

Inexpensive small family hotel in a quiet side street 10 minutes walk from Ben Thanh market. Freshly renovated, friendly staff, daily replacement of bed linen and towels. Breakfast is simple but delicious. We recommend!

You're kind. It's good to stay for just one night! There are no bugs, and there is an air conditioner in the room, so you can stay cool. There are stairs at the entrance, so you have to carry your luggage up, but there is an elevator inside.

This hotel is located in the heart of District 1. Most places can be reached by Grab for less than 100,000 VND. The locational advantage is great.
The hotel manager and the lady who manages it are also kind. So, like the photos, it is very cleanly maintained, and the water comes out well. No need for a shower filter!
However, it feels more like a motel with good service than a hotel feeling.
There is not much to eat for breakfast, so I recommend going to a nearby restaurant.
Highly recommended for those on a business trip or those who are married like me!
Recommended for those who don't need everything and want to be close to tourist attractions!
For those who say that the breakfast should be delicious and the facilities should be good, think again before deciding.
Finally, what if you got this accommodation? When calling Grab, it's good to place it at a ministop convenience store and ride in front of it :)

Excellent stay here. Location very much in the center of everything that is “downtown.” On a quiet side street. There is a small bar that is only open a few hours in the evening, hosting no more than 10 patrons at a time. Some got a little boisterous while we rested but were on their way home by midnight. The host/owner is a very sweet woman and helpful in every way. Housekeeping did an excellent job with a big smile every morning. Laundry service was provided for a small fee and completed in 24 hours. Breakfast was simple but adequate and prepared quickly as we arrived. Room was very large and there was plenty of hot water in shower. I highly recommend a stay here.
