The rooms are accessed through the pharmacy. The elevator next to the reception goes to the fourth floor. I definitely recommend taking an apartment on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the street. The bed is large and comfortable, the mattress is light and soft, which suited me. The air conditioning works well, the WIFI is great. You can watch Netflix, Youtube and some other Asian apps on the Samsung TV. There is also a kettle and if you want to cook, there is an oven. The toilet with a shower was fine. I liked that there is also a large sofa in the apartment. The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the famous Bui Vien Street in District 1. Although it is a street known for loud music, you don't hear much of that noise in the apartment during the night. However, it is recommended to bring earplugs against noise and an eye mask if you like to sleep longer. Because in the morning, the sun shines through the window despite the curtains and there is no darkness. You can walk to the city center and you are there in about 30 minutes. Or take a motorbike taxi, which is great for getting around the city. The complaint is that the ceiling in the toilet is full of moisture, as well as in several places on the walls in the living room and kitchen. This needs to be fixed if they want to continue doing tourism because it really doesn't look nice. Out of respect for the employees who were kind and helpful and to whom I complained about this, I will not publish these photos. When I complained about the moisture, they offered to refund me 300,000 dong (about 9 euros) on the condition that I tell Booking that I only stayed one night. I did not agree to this because the offered amount is ridiculous considering that I stayed six days and paid about 170 euros for all those nights. I also told them that I had no intention of lying to Booking. They did not charge me for the laundry service and the two bottles of tea that I took from the fridge because of this situation. Booking received photos of the moisture because I complained to them too. One day I saw a gecko lizard on the wall in the apartment. It obviously entered through a balcony or window. Some people might be scared by this, but in the country I live in, Croatia, we are used to these little critters. I am writing this just so you know what you can find in the apartment and so that you are not surprised. One day the bed sheets were stained with small droppings and I believe it was because of the gecko. There was a lot of noise for a few days because someone was working with a drill, even at 9 pm. When I complained to the reception they stopped. All in all, I would stay here again. I am writing these small flaws in good faith so that the owner can fix things for future guests.
