It was clean and everything that needed to work worked well. These days I'm not too fussed. Near ben thanh market, pizza 4 Ps and Marou cafe, which is what I needed it to be. We only stayed one night so I have nothing to say about housekeeping service. during check-in between 2-330pm there are free snacks and tea / coffee at the lobby, with live music. I did get a bit annoyed that even tho the booking was made under my name and credit card, the lady checked us in under my companion's name, but then came to ask for my telephone number and email because I was the one who showed her the booking confirmation. I suppose they see a couple and assume we're one unit, but it bugs me still the same.

Amazing stay: staff is very helpful, afternoon tea with a live music is very good, bartender makes very tasty cocktails (we had quite a few during happy hours), location can’t be better.

This is really a great little hotel. The staff are incredible, and there’s so much added value for the price. Cute little pool on top, with a great bar, best mojitos! All of the team are polite, and helpful; and there’s a fun little high tea in the middle of the day if you need a refresher. Can’t beat this for the price!

Stayed at this hotel for 6 days & I love this place. The place is so central in District 1 & close to all tourist attractions. Plenty of good food, cafeterias & clean massages. The day/night reception staff are a cheerful lot, despite working on long hrs, they still managed to provide friendly & helpful services to the tourist. The Breakfast spread is very tasty & you can also order from the alacarte menu. There is also a high tea provided in the afternoon with good spread of local snacks & delicacies. Live music is also provided during the tea session. Kudos to the serving staff who had provided the services during my breakfast & tea sessions. The rooms are big enough for a couple & the housekeeping staff had kept my room neat & tidy for the 5 nights I stayed there. Well done. Silverland Yen is still my choice when I revisit HCM in the future.

Excellent location! Small boutique hotel with many facilities. Great pool with bar and free hi tea everyday!

That was my second time at the hotel, and I loved it from the first time. If you are looking for a cozy, not crowded hotel with a nice staff this is pretty much it. The food is amazing as well and the positive vibes one from pretty much everywhere in this hotel. The only thing that i didnt that i didnt like this time was the shower, as it is not practical and water was draining very badly. But surely will come back!

If you are only going to ben thant market only during your stay, amazing location. Other than that, nope, will not stay again. Impeccable service by the front desk, superb attentiveness, not to say the spread for bf. BUT all down the drain due to the room. Creaking floorboards, fluctuation A/C temp, insufficient powerpoints, slow lift , absolutely no soundproof. *Personal opinion

The location and service were excellent! Although the receptionist mentioned I was upgraded to a better room, I feel the room and washroom could use some refreshing. The shower was standard, but the bed was very comfortable and seemed larger than a king size—I have a king-size bed at home, and this one felt even more spacious and cozy.

The hotel is at a very prime location in Ho Chi Minh City which made the tourist spots easily accessible by 10-15 mins walk. We were greeted and offered afternoon tea which was complimentary. We had more expectations with the rooms as the hotel looked very fancy but the rooms were decent. Overall we enjoyed our stay here!

This hotel is a very simple Place situated in district 1, I got to comment that the staff has a five star service vibe! Although it is a very simple four star hotel, I don’t regret staying in this amazing place! Thank you Silverland for an amazing experience!

We thought the room was extremely small and dusty, certainly not the cleanest. The hotel does make up for it with really fantastic service (specially from the people who manage the meals) and a fantastic breakfast and afternoon tea combination that will keep you satisfied for sure. As for the facilities, the rooftop doesn't look super great in person and the way-too-small pool's protective glass panels need a clean. Location is pretty great but it's definitely balanced out by the small size of the room.

Hotel was centrally located, ben thanh market was 7 minutes walk away. Hotel was clean with friendly and helpful staff. No time to try out the amenities this time round. Price was reasonable as I booked through trip.com app. Recommemded for 1st time travellers to HCM.

It was a nice experience location is too good everything is near from hotel staff is very friendly I came early as my check in was of 12 pm still they gave me check in early breakfast was good especially bcz I am vegetarian they had seperate menu for vegetarian. I asked them to give me room on higher floor they didn’t had at the time of checkin later they shifted me in higher floor. Staff is very nice & polite .
