The hotel location is good in a quiet alley. Room is clean and cosy. Reception is kind and friendly. Cost performance for this hotel is perfect.

Small Hotel,but Central Location. Service staff tried best possible to insure guests can stay comfortable.Front desk staff An & Jack always tried best they could to do all needful during my stay.

Strange smell at the hotel. Location is quite far from the crowded area, if you need peace will suit you. No view at all for the windows.

Water pressure low. sometimes no water.

Ho Chi Minh is a city full of energy and activity. Diamond Luxury Hotel was ideally located so we could easily find all the sites.The staff were very helpful and friendly. They arranged taxis for us at good prices. Be careful of getting a taxi on the streets . We were heavily over charged. I'd encourage everyone to go to the War Remnants Museum and learn how badly the Americans treated the people. They are quietly disgraceful. Diamond Hotel has a thumbs up from us. The photos make this hotel look nice but it is not what you expect. It is very old fashioned and has poor amenities. The towels were clean but the bathroom was terrible. The only plus was its location we spent as much time out of the hotel as possible. If you are a westerner don’t bother it will disappoint you very much. Worst hotel on our trip.

The room smelled moldy and the hotel's name was not what it should have been. The receptionist was nice. The bed was very hard and the extra bed comforter was stained, so I didn't feel like using it.

It was easy to get to. It was close to Ben Thanh Market. The room was spacious and clean. All the staff were friendly I liked the quick response and friendly explanation to my questions. They even called a taxi on the day of my arrival and informed me of the amount in advance. I moved without worry I think I will go again on my next visit.
