Run away from Cozrum We got a room that didn’t match the pictures, no Windows, right next to the motorbike parking, no hot water and more importantly : Cockroaches and ants infestation. Dirty place overall and customer service will never apologies but will make you pay extra to get what you originaly paid for. We got better for half the price somewhere else.

A nice place for a short stay and vale for money.

I think because it's cheap, they don't change the towels every day. Hot water is almost unusable in the morning. It's ok in the evening. Because the room is small, the toilet arrangement is very uncomfortable. I'm 1m75 tall and almost have to sit sideways to be able to use it. This toilet is not for people over 1m75.

Hard to find, ac doesn’t work very well. But Reasonable price.

This is the 2nd time i've lived in this hotel. Perfect location and environment. Service was nice and helpful. Food in restaurant is better than any other places in Dalat. Nearly all the meals i ate in hotel's restaurant.

Con: Bedsheets appear used (hairs, knitters, stains, sheets are white but not "white"), they call it environment-friendly 🫠 Super hard to find, outdated photos, no google entry, description sucks. Rude communication, ask many questions but seem not to read replies properly. Texting worked but calling not (11pm). Shower/Shampoo there but not labeled. Toilet shower leaking. Pro: If they provided clean bedsheets and fix their instructions, the room provides high value for the given price. The technical checkin aspect is well-thought if properly updated (add maps link and grab POI!!!). The elevator enables also convenient short stays even with big suitcases. Because I have stayed in this series of houses before, I probably know how to check in. But this time I checked in at around 9pm, but the phone call never got through, and I couldn’t check in. The information given online said that you can check in before 12pm. Fortunately, my wife called the place where I checked in before. I asked them to help me check in. After finally solving the check-in problem, a bunch of problems came one after another. First, the magnetic card door lock had no power and I could only use the key to force the door to open. The cleanliness of the room was not good, and there were other things in the refrigerator. Things that previous guests had not used, there were still hair that had not been cleaned in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, the design is very poor. The toilet can only be seated at an angle. The space for separating wet and dry areas is too small. When people enter, it is difficult to open it inward. There will be no space to close it, and it will be blocked by the door handle outside. You can only open the door to the bathroom first, and then the water pressure will always be low. It is the bed where you sleep. I don’t know. Whether it is damaged or not, you will hear a squeaking sound as long as you move or get up. You will not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel itself is ok, there is a scooter parking with a ramp into the building, the room has a stove, microwave, refrigerator - not bad at all. The room was very dirty - the bed linen was not changed (the cleaner was in a hurry because I asked for an early check-in). But I did not see any replacement sets of bed linen and a pile of dirty poop when cleaning the neighboring rooms. The toilet got clogged after the first use, but the cleaner pushed the clog with a stick, i.e., she seemed to have solved the problem. What will happen if the clog happens in the evening - who knows, the poop was trying to leave the toilet and go to the bathroom. I made a mistake with the location and did not spend a single night, immediately gave up the room, and asked the hotel to return the payment for the following days (I would have already paid for the first night because I spent part of the day there while looking for a hotel in the location I needed. The administration refused because I had the cheapest type of booking. At the same time, check-in is online and there is no way to view the room before check-in and payment, as in the case of a reception. I do not recommend the hotel - the administration will not help you if anything happens.
