Second time here. The room looks very new (in fact the whole building as well). Location is good short grabbike to district 1 supermarket eateries and cafes. Highly recommended. Hope to be back soon

Loud (VERY LOUD) guest at 1:30AM screaming, no one dealt with it so I had to myself to sleep. Cockroach in the stairs, bathroom wasn’t clean when we showed up, self checking is clear but still not super good, empty lobby. Location is much more « local » than you would like, not suited for tourists, you’ll get funny looks coming in and out of there. I would not stay there again. Staff responsive when door lock needed new batteries, communicating through WhatsApp

Fully furnished, convenient location in the center of District 1. Customer service is not good. The room is degraded, the walls are moldy, the bed sheets, blankets, and old bath towels are stained. Checked in at 13:00 but by 16:00 there was no water, no water for daily use until check out at 12:00 noon the next day, no solution for guests, only 20% refund support??? Last booo room of this system.
