Reviews of Saigon Prince Hotel

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable, and it was quiet at night, which made for a good sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious fruits, including watermelon, oranges, dragon fruit, longan, passion fruit, papaya, and guava. The salad vegetables were also fresh and tasty. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Ho Chi Minh Square, making it easy to get around.

Location is perfect and service meets high level standards. However, hardware inside the room needs to be improved. For example 1. Need to have leg stool for the sofa, better relaxation. 2. Should have Iron board inside the room 3. No socket for hair dryer in toilet 4. No make up mirror in toilet for close up 5. Should have tower rack in toilet

The room was decent and the hotel is in a great downtown location. It's walking distance to the cathedral and the old Post Office building.

Everything is amazing

CARELESS STAFF. THEY LOST MY IMPORTANT MEDICINE WHICH I HAD ASKED THEM TO KEEP IN THE FREEZER AND THEIR MANAGER MR. NAM KEPT ON ARGUING. MY HEALTH SUFFERED AND NOT READY TO PAY EVEN MY COSTS OF THE MEDICINE

Convenient location right at the center of district one.

The location of Saigon Prince Hotel is good, there are many restaurants, pubs, cafes around the vicinity if you’re a foodie… situated in D1, it is still considered within walking distance to Ben Thanh market to get your local produce… 👏🏼👍🏼

Hotel well located and helpful staff. I accidentally broke a glass, just by tipping it over(very thin glass) and was charged VND56,000. Found this to be petty, esp when accidents do happen and the cost of the glass was 0.46% of the cost of my 4 nights stay.

Very good hotel in district 1 , surrounded with many restaurants, clubs, cafe and etc. no doubt I’ll come back to stay here again :)

Great location close to everywhere, but they closed the road on wkends so we had to dragged our suitcases as we were dropped off at near by streets. Service just was not that great. Not at the level where they are supposed to be. Room wasnt cleaned despite i put the sign out on my first night. Although they did the night after. My extra bed was removed on second night & whn i complained, instead of apologising they told us to move to another room. How could they just expect us to pack and unpack because of their own mistake. We refused and they finally sent the bed back to the room.

The transportation is very convenient and the breakfast is plentiful. However, I couldn't sleep before midnight due to the constant thumping music from a disco.

Saigon Prince is located at a very good location, and it is very convenient to go to many places of interest in Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very friendly & helpful. Enjoy daily breakfast even though I have stayed here for 5 nights. I strongly recommend anyone to stay in this hotel in HCM City.

The hotel location is excellent. The breakfast has plenty of varieties and some items are changed daily. The room and bathroom are also big and clean. However we do have a little problem with the bathtub design which caused water to flow onto the floor. The housekeeping was helpful and helped us to mop up the flooded floor and placed towels on the edge of bathtub to prevent water from flowing to the floor again.

Hotel is quite good, clean and have big lobby. Breakfast is well prepared. Hotel staff is friendly, polite and helpful.
