One of the best hotel in Saigon atm, super convenient location, great staff that are always smiling and helpful, awesome breakfast variety, the bars and restaurant look modern and classy. Very new looking hotel, First time stay will definitely come back here

I only stayed one night as I was heading back to my country the day after returning from Da Nang, so I didn't get to experience any of the hotel facilities. I particularly want to mention a young man with glasses at the hotel. The next morning, at 6 AM, as we were about to call a taxi to the airport, he saw us and, in Chinese, offered to help. While we were waiting for the car, he enthusiastically came out to check if it had arrived. He then even helped translate to the Grab driver, asking them to hurry to the airport. He was excellent!

One of our favorite hotels to stay at in District 1 of Saigon. We’ve stayed here many times and when we show up, they always say welcome back. they also try to offer us our normal room that we stand in every time and that makes it fun. All around good rounded hotel with great buffet and always friendly staff everywhere.

New World Saigon Hotel is one of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the 24-hour gym is excellent, and the location is perfect in the city center, close to markets, shopping, and major attractions.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location right in the middle of the city. The service was outstanding, and every staff member I met was friendly and professional. I had Club Lounge access – highly recommended! The lounge is excellent, with great drinks and tasty dishes in the evening. Overall, a fantastic stay – I’ll definitely come back.
