Pro: * Bed is so comfortable; we always had a good night sleep everyday; really appreciate that they provided 4pcs pillow as a default * Everyday Housekeeping - keeping the room clean and tidy * Standard amenities available * Different breakfast buffet options, varies from western to local vietnamese food. With different pho menus everyday * 24/7 Front desk. They are very warm, friendly and always ready to assist. We had issues for our room toilet and they are very attentive and quick to action * Very helpful buffet staff * Hotel location very near to all city attractions, a few minutes away using car or walking Cons: * Needs improvement on room acoustics - can hear noises from neighboring floors inside the room * (for our room only) Toilet cistern has some issues - always faulty; we had it checked once and maintenance came over. But from time to time the issue will return again but we just managed to do some fixing (turning this and that). We did not request to transfer room as we had settled in our room already, and fear that we might not get accustomed to other rooms and not get a good sleep * Needs improvement in corridor interiors - it is always clean but there’s an old scent and some wallpapers are torned already Overall, for our 5D4N stay in Nik Hotel is really value for money. We had some mishaps in our room toilet, we do hope you can consider replacing the set as repairing it looks like a bandaid solution. We look forward to return to HCMC and to your property.

Had such a wonderful stay at KIN Hotel Thai Van Lung! The staff were easily the highlight of our experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, and they always made sure we had everything we needed. One thing I especially appreciated was how helpful the staff were with even the little things. Whenever we ordered GrabFood, they would actually help bring it straight up to our room, which was such a nice and convenient touch. It really showed how attentive they are to their guests. The overall experience was so comfortable and pleasant that I think I’ve officially found my go-to hotel whenever I’m back in Ho Chi Minh City. It’s rare to leave a hotel genuinely wanting to come back because of the service, but the staff here really made the difference. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. Will definitely be back! ❤️

The hotel has a really nice design. I arrived quite early, and the front desk staff were very helpful, allowing me to check in early at 12 PM. They were also very enthusiastic about recommending nearby attractions and things to do. The room was new, smelled fresh, and was clean. The room rate was also reasonable for being in the city center and close to historical sites. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes. There's also underground parking available. A big thank you to Nguyên, Linh, Uyên, and Ngọc for their assistance; it was a very comfortable experience. Everyone should definitely give it a try! 👍

One of the best hotel experiences I had in Ho Chi Minh City was at Kin Hotel Onsen. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by how beautiful the hotel was. The lobby was stylish, photogenic, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. I really loved the overall vibes of the place. The staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and they kindly assisted us with our luggage. I booked the full package with the private onsen included, which turned out to be an amazing experience and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only downside was that the private onsen was fully booked when we arrived, and it remained full throughout the afternoon and evening, so we had to reserve a slot for the following day. Fortunately, the booking process was easy and the staff handled everything efficiently. The welcome drinks and snacks in the lobby were nice, although nothing particularly memorable. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. While the room design wasn't especially luxurious or unique, I really enjoyed the bathroom, especially the shower and bathtub, which made for a very relaxing stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Kin Hotel Onsen. The beautiful ambiance, attentive staff, and excellent private onsen made it one of my favorite places to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. I would happily return again.

Nice location only about 20 mins away from airport and 10 mins more by bike to downtown area but walkable otherwise and a lot of cafes nearby and close distance to the pink church. Breakfast beef pho is wonderful and there is also facilities such as gym and sauna. Booked the room without window so there is slight aircond smell but overall bearable.

Facilities were gooood. Medium size room - cannot open luggage widely. Water pressure was good. Love the variation of water. Lol. Breakfast was superb! Not so many choices but the food was great especially the yogurt!!! Location was great. Walking distance to Ben Thanh market and few Halal restaurants like The Daun. Easy to find - easy to get a Grab / SM Green. Staff was veryyyy helpful and accommodating .

We chose this hotel because it seemed to be the only one in Ho Chi Minh City with a decent family room for three people. The large bed was 1.6m and the small bed was 1.4m. The beds and bedding were acceptable. The value for money wasn't great. Initially, the price on a certain platform was over 1300 RMB per night, but it later dropped to around 1000 RMB per night. The hotel's advantages are its excellent location, spacious rooms, and very good staff service. There were two staff members who spoke Chinese, one of whom was a manager. However, there were many downsides: 1. The linens were poor quality and unclean (see photo 7); 2. The breakfast was very average (see photo 6), and the afternoon tea was even worse – we only tried it once; 3. The family room overlooked a building under construction; 4. The bathroom only had a bathtub and a showerhead, with no separate wet and dry areas; 5. The hotel showed signs of age and disrepair. On the first night, we found the bath towels to be very dirty and the bed sheets were also unclean. Additionally, our window faced a construction site. After communicating with the hotel, the female manager suggested we switch rooms, but it wouldn't be a family room and would require an extra bed. We felt an extra bed wouldn't be comfortable, so we declined. The manager offered a compensation of ”late check-out at 4 PM on the last day + free airport transfer,” which we felt was acceptable. In summary: The hotel market in Ho Chi Minh City is poor, but the service industry's attitude is quite good.

This was an excellent place to stay- The place it located in a beautiful street, it’s quiet enough for a great night sleep, and as soon as you step out into the next street you are surround by the cities best! I will be staying with KIN hotel again. I really like the comfortable beds, the shower pressure, the aircon was so cold andthe cleanliness was amazing. I’m allergic to dust and this place was so clean. So again: I genuinely appreciated how this hotel made us feel safe and clean. I would also recommend the breakfast options as it made the morning routine on our holidays easier after long hot days!!
