I'd not stay here again and would recommend against it to anyone. The rooms are rundown and not clean. Lots of little bugs the size of flees - everywhere in our bags and papers. The shower door is missing so the water sprays all over the bathroom. The breakfast is substandard. They also charged us twice which the travel agent is looking into. I suggest going elsewhere even if you have to pay a bit more.

Incredible. From the moment I walked into the reception, I felt so welcome. Ha (co-owner) is awesome. She is there to help with anything you need and gives such a great energy and even gave me a traditional snack from her hometown (bańh it la gai). Luke (co-owner) is a great guy and also has a great energy. They both made me feel at home and even looked after my bag while I was out of the city. The rooms are clean and spacious. And the Aircon is perfect. You even have control of the temperature which is a bonus compared to most hostels. The location is far enough from the party area that you can get a good sleep, but still close enough to the nightlife if you want to party. There is a cool social area with a dartboard and board games and even movies to watch. I met some great people here. The hostel offers affordable tours, laundry and even has rain ponchos for the unpredictable HCMC weather. Overall, my time here has been perfect. Great local recommendations and good value for money. If I return to HCMC, I will hope that they have room for me.

If you compare with other hotels in Hanoi or Ho Chi Min City, the price-quality ratio is excellent. It is very well located because it really is out of the Bui Vien street, incontournable but quite hell in the night, so it is normal to hear a rumor until midnight (or you need to change the area but it will not necessarily be better). The rooms are very pleasant, especially in the height (from the 3rd). But the + (as the ”Routard” indicates, it is actually the 6th terrace (with the roofs and other terraces / lift) where you take a very well prepared breakfast by the mother of the boss and his wife between a few bonsai, The staff is very friendly and helpful: as I travel without smartphone, they really helped me plan and book my reservations and especially when I met a real difficulty Unforeseen.

We arrived at the hotel in 10 minutes walk from the airport bus stop 152. No deposit is required when checking in and passport deposit is required. Style of taking off shoes in the lobby and entering the room by stairs. The room is 15 ㎡ Superior Room, 24 inch suitcase is about to be spread. It feels good with a large window, but there is a building next door so the scenery is hardly visible. 1.5m Bed, 4 floor. Only stairs. The outlet is the same type A voltage as Japan is 220V. Wifi in the room is far from the radio router, so the radio wave is weaker than the average of other hotels and it will be cut off immediately. The staff was very friendly and good through English. The shower also comes out hot water. Breakfast is 7:00-9:30 in the hotel facing the ground floor * cuisine and French bread, coffee. Because it is simple, the amount was small, but omelettes are recommended! In October, there was no mosquito in the room, but there were many ants. I was worried about the noise outside, the sound of the door in the hotel, and the sound of walking on the stairs. The room was prepared with ① large 2 floors of clean towels, ② shampoo and soap, ③ clothes hanging (5 hangers), ④ refrigerator, ⑤ toothbrush. ⑥ dryer (front), ⑦ unsanitary cups, ⑧ 350ml water 2 books. Nothing was ① electric kettle

Absolutely horrible, when we were supposed to check in there was no one even in the building to handle receotion. After finally finding someone to check us in they seemed completely confused by the fact we had a reservation. The room itself does not look like any of the pictures. It was not cleaned. The pictures from this hotel do not match the actual hotel. The shower was basically just a weak tap water stream. On top of all that there was still luggage from the previous guests in the room. They had left for the afternoon before checking out and would come back later to a locked room, with their belongings still inside. Do not go here please

It is an excellent location for those planning to go to Cambodia by Kumho bus. Arrive in 2 minutes on foot ❗️ Even if the flight leaves at 7:00 in the morning, wake up at 6:30 👍
