I am a K-pop idol concert promoter who travels around the world. I have stayed in many hotels and apartments and have flown more than 1,000 times. I have stayed in many accommodations, but this is the first time I have experienced such a nice accommodation.
1. I always need ice, so I checked if there was an ice tray, and this place
already had a lot of ice prepared. I am amazed at their consideration.
2. Spoons, chopsticks, scissors, etc. are neatly organized. You can see the detailed consideration of the host when you see this.
3. There is a washing machine and dryer.
4. There is a clear TV and Netflix is played.
5. There is an extra key that we always wanted. (2 card keys)
6. There are 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It is surprising that there are 2 bathrooms at this price. 7. Shampoo, cleanser, liquid soap, 2 detergents in the sink, hair dryer, iron, microwave, coffee pot, electric rice cooker, etc. There is nothing that is not there. My house.
8. It is close to District 1, District 2, and District 7.
9. The dishwashing is clean.
10. The swimming pool and fitness center are basic~
I will book only this place when I come to Ho Chi Minh from now on.

We stayed 3 nights in Roseland Centa hotel. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, extensive breakfast buffet, good location. The greatest brightness of this hotel is the reception staff. They shall do everything in their power to make the stay as pleasant as possible. For example, Long advised us to go to look at the firework from the roof of Roseland Sweet Hotel and reserved a VIP table, we asked 2 additional heads and were brought in an eye-spot, ... HIGHLY RECOMMEND Love love this property from the location to the staff ! Their coffee in the Ground Floor was amazing! I stayed in total of 5 nights. The room was very spacious, cleanliness and housekeeping were top notch ! They keep in contact with you via WhatsApp and willing to assist with any issues. Perfect for longer stay because laundry on the top floor is also included which saves us traveller so much time/money. My city’s local friend told me that I chose the right location to stay as it is in the middle of everything. Oh, there is a Bon Bo Hue nearby that I went two times, so delicious ! Although the trip was quite short, I had a very good experience with the Village at Dien Bien Phu facility. The Village is close to attractive tourist destinations in the city center. The common living area is spacious and tidy. The private rooms are just enough, not too little, not too much. There is a small problem that the walls are thin so the soundproofing is not very good. The housekeepers are also very enthusiastic and polite. Overall, I am satisfied. If I have the chance, I will continue to visit the Village.

The host was kind, responded quickly, and gave clear instructions. Since the apartment is in Vinhomes, there are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The Central Park right in front is spacious and has a really nice atmosphere. Inside, the apartment was clean, and being on the 44th floor, there were no bugs, ants, or mosquitoes. The open view of the night cityscape was fantastic. I had a comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again without hesitation if I return to Ho Chi Minh City

I always book a room with a window because I value fresh air.
The reason I avoid luxury hotels with windows is because I can't stand the lack of direct ventilation.
There was a window in the photo.
The window is a typical Vietnamese building's empty space inside the house, and the ceiling is completely blocked. It's just a patterned window.
The air of the people who stayed there lingered and it felt like there was not enough oxygen, so I wanted to jump out, but there was no option.
I couldn't sleep because it was so stuffy.
The room I was changed to the next day.
I opened the window first, but
I suffered from mosquitoes all night, so it was a long stay that was far from resting.
The design is refreshing.
The staff is friendly.

NnonchalantThis is not your regular hotel, its an off beat experience. We stayed in double deluxe room which had a queen size bed and a hammock! The rooms are aesthetically decorated, with a large wooden platform working as the base for the bed. The furniture is minimalistic, the bathrooms were clean and aesthetically pleasing.
There is refreshments bar which has unlimited stacks, water and beer. The breakfast again is leaning towards minimalism, fewer choices but wholesome choices.
The staff were cordial, we reached very early in the morning and were greeted by Thomas, who was kind enough to guide us about the surrounding area and where we can spend time. They have luggage store for guests checking in early or checking out late as needed.
Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay at The Hammock, I highly recommend them.

AAleks PhamThis was my SECOND time staying at the M City Saigon Hotel. Not only is this hotel within walking distance to the Ben Thanh Market, a flagship Starbucks store, it is also close to some main shopping centers. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. The crew that works the breakfast services are always super friendly and always smiling. The hotel actually has a decent gym with key cardio and strength machines along with two treadmills. When I return to HCMC again in the future, I will definitely be staying here. The rooms are modern and clean.

GGuest UserIt was a wonderful stay at Le Merdien Saigon. Check in was a breeze and Ms.Hanni who was on duty was professional and able to address the concern on a minor defect in the room toilet. The issue was rectified while I was outside and issue was fixed prior to returning back to the hotel room. Attentive to the details she verified to ensure everything is in order in the next day. Other concerns were also addressed during check-in and also swift arrangement to address some other issues. A wonderful surprise to a fruit platter as well! We also ordered the in room dining food for dinner and it was good, thanks to the wonderful chef who brought the food up. Overall it was a good stay again in Le Meridien and like to compliment the warm hospitality and excellent customer service to Ms. Hanni and also to the manager on duty . Will be back staying at Le Merdien Saigon in the future. A minor feedback to the Global Marriott bonvoy app ( not Vietnam specific) if the room booking could have a list of default options for customer to be notified if the booking is primarily for room only vs room with breakfast vs room with addon (i.e breakfast , etc ) so that customer would be able to know easily during online booking . Current application may be challenging to navigate these options.

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel numerous times and like it because of location and standard. The rooms may be a little dated (shower over the bath tub) but very comfortable On previous stays I have been roomed at the back of the hotel, however on the 2 recent stays have had rooms with view of the surrounds (thanks to Duty Manager Nguyen), and enjoyed both rooms. Staff at the front desk are very warm (even though a little slow), and porters are extremely helpful. The lobby lounge is comfortable for the after touring drink, or before venturing out at night. The only negative I found was that in the mall outside , entertainment went too late in the evening and did cause a little noise too late at night. I would certainly stay here again.

MmegOverall a good value for money hotel. Lovely amenities and the breakfast and afternoon tea being included in the room rate is a nice touch. The walls between each room are very thin, so you could hear everything going on in the next room.

GGuest UserWe stayed here 2N at the start & 2N at the end of our 12D tour. Each time the hotel bellhop was ready to assist us. Cannot say the same for the Reception staff. The 2nd time we were even given a room that we could not even lock and after waiting for some time and still not allocated a new room, we insisted that we be given one asap and they had no choice but to upgrade us. No tourist information was also given and when we asked for a map, they flipped through files and then said that there was none left. Surely, they could photocopy one from their file. We then asked directions to the river and all they told us was that it was too far to walk. We told them we had looked it up before we came to Vietnam and it was within walking distance. It is less than 2km away. The good points of the hotel is that it is very conveniently located opposite Ben Thanh Market and within walking distance to the river, Saigon Opera House and the Saigon Centre/Takashimaya where there were plenty of food choices. The buffet breakfast is also good enough with both Western (scrambled eggs/sausages/ham/salad/plain pastries) and Asian (congee/soup/rice with veg/fish/meat), a fruit juice/tea/coffee/fruits/yoghurt. Just be warned that the hotel's entry is via a flight of stairs. Hence, not suitable for those requiring wheelchair access or the very elderly.

DDeborahA good base but could have been much cleaner . Used toothpick on bedside table , empty toiletry’s on shelf , hairs on basin . Staff were lovely however and breakfast plentiful .

GGuest UserLocation was great and rather centralized. It's right at the corner of the happening night life street. Music were loud but manageable in the room.
Staffs were friendly and helpful. There's a massage place at the entrance of the hotel which is very convenient if you need one.
Just 1 downside is that the sink has some pipe issues whereby it will leak but issue wasn't that big to complain about.
Overall would recommend the place to stay.
