Superb location! You get everything you need (and more) the moment you step out of the hotel. The only bad side is, the shops close really early, so expect everything around you to close by 10pm, no night life. Night life is 15 to 20 mins away (district 1). Rooms are relatively clean, but still dusty after room cleaning. However they provide bedroom slippers so it's still alright if you wear it while walking around in your room. I appreciate the 24/7 reception service. Didn't like that they refused to give me an extra pillow :( Still very friendly though. I'll come back definitely!

My wife & I had a very comfortable stay in this surprisingly beautiful hotel in District 7. Convenient located, near 3 shopping malls & next to several convenience stores & restaurants. The hotel room is new, clean, spacious & recently renovated. I will return in my next HCM visit. I don't understand why the 1 star review. The security guard is very polite. 5 star experience for me! Highly recommended!

It's situated in a Korean area, in which you find a lot of Korean restaurants and signs. My room is clean and has all basic things: toiletries, slippers, kettle, power plugs (It was under the table so not that convenient), bottled water, towels, fridge, TV (i didn't use tho), closet with hangers. It was a good hotel experience. All the staff was very nice and warm. Helpful in all the ways. Trust worthy sightseeing. Visited many places through hotel reception staff help and booking. Great work.

Only one staple food and one drink can be ordered for breakfast. Facilities are ok. Housekeeper is very nice Because the itinerary has changed, I have added a few more days. I booked it on Ctrip and paid by credit card, but the front desk said that I would like to use a credit card, and then I would like to cancel it. Ctrip said that I would charge a day’s room fee.

The staff is friendly and the location is located in Koreatown, District 7. Vinmart is also nearby, so it's good to buy snacks. The facilities were in good condition, but the bathtub in the bathroom in the room I stayed in did not have a water-blocking lid. If you want to use the bathtub when staying at the Laguna Hotel, please let the hotel know in advance and they will fix it.

Had a wonderful stay in the beautiful apartment in District 7. The host was very accommodating to my date changes due to visa approval. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Having a bakery downstairs was a treat when morning or night hunger pangs hit. The location has several restaurants, stores, and ATMs within a short walk. Grab was super easy to get as drivers hang around this area so you can get a ride within minutes. A couple of caveats. There is a bar nearby and the music can get a little loud. Nothing a pair of earplugs can't handle. And, it wasn't every night which was odd. A yappy dog who would occasionally bark for an hour or two and then other days you would not hear a peep. There were a few times that wifi wasn't the strongest but most days and times it wasn't an issue. Bed was a little firm but not uncomfortable. Plenty of light both natural and artificial. One of the best stays I've had in Southeast Asia. It was delightful and I will happily return.

the hotel is new and located in a quite neighbourhood, but a bit far from any restaurant/ store. Staff is very friendly and helpfull, the only big problem was 2 huge cockroaches which visited my room twice per 1 night, so if you love those insect as I do better choose other place
