Very friendly staff and happy to help in anything needed.

Following a misunderstanding I was upgraded to a very large room with 2 balconies and a view of the swimming pool. Well equipped air conditioning fridge kettle TV fan etc. Good wifi. Well located on the main street of Tam Coc but set back in a quiet area. The breakfast is frankly not great.

The hotel in real life is more tired than in the photo, shabby bed linen, but large rooms, good location, located in Tam Coc, with many cafes nearby. The staff tries to help, but is not always effective. There is a very good travel agency nearby where you can buy tickets for buses, trains, and rent a car with a driver. When we were at the hotel, the lights went out, but not for long. Breakfast is mediocre, but there is a lot of fruit.

Very Good Hotel, good rooms, pool etc. Good Location, within the town & very close to amenities; a little noisy due to this. Room was large, clean & well maintained. Service very good, had a problem with room but they quickly responded and moved me. Restaurant & Breakfast both very good, although limited Gluten Free options with buffet.

We stayed one night after a tour. Everything was great. The room was clean and ac worked well. The food was fresh and delicious and the staff at there restaurant went out of their way to provide excellent service.

Stayed at building B... rooms looked like new and were very big and clean and is really next to everything! The pool was nice and breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly Three points to note: there was no safe in the room, no shelf in the shower to place your soap and if you dont take the right room you could be woken up very early by roosters... i had the issue but not my friend who was in another room at building B. Overall i still recommend it!

We stayed in Nam Hoa as a family group, two families, with 6 kids between us aged 10-16. We had a very comfortable stay - all rooms were clean, quiet and well airconditioned- essential in July!!! The staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. I note another reviewer didn’t like the shade cover over the pool - I agree it was not the most beautiful structure but it provided much needed shade and meant the water temperature was much more refreshing than other places we visited - also meant you could swim without sunblock!

We stayed here for 1 night and everything was great! The hotel is near the center where all the action is ( don’t stay in Ninh Binh, Tam Coc is the place to be!). The room was new, big and clean. The pool was so nice to have a swim when you return after a long warm day. The breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam with eggs, fresh passion fruit juice and a big plate with every fresh fruit you can think of. The bikes are free to use, the motorbike very cheap to rent and was delivered to the hotel. The staf is superfriendly and they let us stay in the room until 6pm at no extra charge!

We were three adults and had booked the triple room but were upgraded to the family room which was huge ! The room is spacious and has a small but balcony too. Bathroom was clean and the ac was powerful. Nhung at the front desk was courteous and helpful. Thank you for upgrading us :) The location of this hotel is amazing - literally steps away from restaurants and bars. Now here are the cons: - There is some construction work going on in the hotel. The wing where the rooms are is a bit of a walk from reception and bf area. - The bf buffet spread wasn’t great and the food, specifically the breads, looked little stale But since our room was great, I would still recommend booking this hotel.

The hotel is very clean, good service and reasonable price! Breakfast is buffet. The swimming pool is clean. The waiters have a lot of friendship. I have a good breakfast. We have a lot to choose from. Everyone is smiling. All customers receive a small card from the hotel. In particular, the hotel meals are good. Clients are very happy to go to bed

Nam Hoa Hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, vicino al centro di Tam Coc a pochi passi dalla via principale piena di negozi e ristoranti. La struttura offre una vista spettacolare sui paesaggi circostanti, inclusi i campi di riso e le formazioni rocciose. Le camere sono semplici, ma ben curate e dotate di comfort moderni come aria condizionata, Wi-Fi gratuito. Dotato di ampia piscina, buona la colazione a buffet varia ed abbondante.

Il Nam Hoa Hotel è una scelta molto comoda e confortevole a Ninh Bình. Le camere sono pulite, spaziose e ben arredate con tutti i comfort necessari. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare. L'hotel è situato in una posizione conveniente, vicino alle principali attrazioni turistiche come Trang An e Bich Dong, perfetto per chi vuole esplorare Ninh Bình. Mi sono sentito molto soddisfatto e rilassato durante il soggiorno.
