Cozy, peaceful basement apartment with everything we needed for a comfy stay. Michael is a kind and caring host. Convenience store on the corner, food everywhere and easy access to Manhattan on NJ PATH bus & train system.

My husband and I were in Hoboken for two weeks visiting family and chose this apartment. It was reasonably priced and turned out to be a gem in the heart of Hoboken one block off Washington Street (where the majority of the shopping and dining is). We only had to walk 10 mins to get just about anywhere in Hoboken. The bed was a queen sized bed and comfortable. Michael was responsive to our requests and helped our stay go smoothly. There was also a back patio that was super cute but since we visited during the high heat/humidity sitting outside was not in the cards for us.

Property was clean and a ideal location for my needs. Owner was very responsive to my requests and solved the issues quickly. Very nice and would recommend it.

Great Unit in Hoboken We spent tine in Hoboken and NYC. This was a great location for both. Easy access to the bus and the PATH. The unit was great! Clean, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and it was great place to come back to after touring all day. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

Spacious apartment in a great neighborhood The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and located in a wonderful neighborhood. We enjoyed staying in Hoboken a lot. You can get to NYC relatively fast, there is a direct train and bus to resp. off-Broadway and Broadway theaters, also at night.

5-Star Rental in Hoboken We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful brownstone apartment in Hoboken. Great location that is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the ferry to NYC. Our hosts were so accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We will be back!
