Vyluk Hotel (Hohhot Xinhua Plaza)

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient. The front desk service was attentive, making for a great stay. It was very easy to get around for sightseeing and dining. The hygiene was well-maintained, and the service was thoughtful, making my trip very comfortable here. The buffet offered a wide variety of choices. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located near Xinhua Square subway station, with several shopping malls offering dining and retail options nearby. Transportation is also very convenient. The front desk staff were proactive and welcoming, providing exceptionally warm service. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the auntie at the restaurant was especially enthusiastic. The hotel's location is excellent, right in a commercial shopping center. It's also very convenient for getting around, close to all the attractions. The hotel environment is pretty good too.

The room was exceptionally good, very clean and comfortable, spacious overall with a great wet/dry separation – perfect for staying with seniors and kids. Especially the front desk staff, their service was incredibly helpful and understanding of guests' needs, and the room they arranged was perfect. The hotel breakfast also offered a wide variety of options. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Even the staff who frequently delivered items were very courteous.

The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of the bustling downtown area. The rooms are clean, tidy, and feature brand new facilities. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast spread was superb – an amazing experience overall! It's also very close to Kuanzhai Alley and Dazhao Temple, easily accessible by shared electric scooter or bicycle. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is convenient, and it's clean and hygienic. There are plenty of dining options nearby, with Gerei Le Ama and Old Suiyuan just next door. It's also close to the departure point for day tours. The hotel breakfast starts at 7 AM and offers a good variety, including shaomai, milk tea, and noodles. Lamb offal soup isn't available every day, but it's a great way to fuel up for the day.

The hotel is located in an old building in the city center. The 4th floor houses an educational training company, and the 3rd floor is under renovation. Unfortunately, the elevator is faulty and stops and opens on both the 3rd and 4th floors every time, and this cannot be canceled. I wanted to mention these shortcomings first to manage expectations. On the positive side, dining and transportation nearby are very convenient, the breakfast is good, and the front desk service deserves five stars. They even gave us complimentary breakfast and allowed us to check out late at 2 PM.

Great location, convenient for getting around. The bathroom's wet and dry areas are well-separated, and the room layout is very practical. Hygiene is acceptable; when I returned after a day out and got a different room, there were dried water stains all over the sink. The laundry room, gym, and restaurant facilities are all well-equipped. My room was missing a hairdryer, and when I told the front desk, they said housekeeping wasn't working. However, as I went upstairs, I saw housekeeping staff cheerfully coming down. I never got a hairdryer even by checkout. Is it my fault the hairdryer was missing? If not, shouldn't there have been a more timely and proactive solution? Picture five shows clothes that were washed and dried in the laundry room.

My week-long trip to Hohhot included five nights at the Weilai Hotel (with a short stay at the grasslands in between), and overall, I had a good experience. First off, its location is excellent, right in the bustling city center, adjacent to Metro Lines 1 and 2. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby (I especially recommend Deshunyuan right next to the hotel), making it super convenient to reach many of Hohhot's landmarks. The rooms feature smart home controls, are spacious with great natural light, and come with comfortable bedding and a screen-casting TV. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel was clean and tidy. They offer robot service, a free parking lot, and convenient facilities like a gym and laundry/drying services. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of options and tastes great, including local specialties such as shaomai, lamb offal soup, and Mongolian milk tea. In conclusion, whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, Weilai Hotel is a fantastic value-for-money choice in Hohhot. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit! Highly recommended to all my friends.
