Better than I expected! The room facilities are all very new, the bed was super comfortable and clean. The breakfast selection was also diverse. The only minor downside was that spoons often ran out. 😂 The washing machines and dryers are on the 3rd floor, three of each. A lot of people tend to do laundry late at night, so they can be a bit insufficient. However, the dryers are very efficient; 40 minutes is usually enough to get everything completely dry, so the equipment is quite good overall.

The hotel facilities are pretty good and have a nice vibe. The elevator is a bit slow. On my first day, the room above me was under renovation. I had just gotten off a plane and wanted to get some sleep, but the noise kept me wide awake. The cleaning staff even said, 'Isn't that normal?' which I found quite speechless. However, they did eventually switch my room, so overall, it was still pretty good.

This is a very retro and unique hotel, conveniently located near the train station, Inner Mongolia Museum, Chilechuan Grassland (home of the 'Eternal Horse Ode' performance), and the airport. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is plentiful. What really stood out were the hotel staff – they were incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and attentive. I encountered a personal issue, and they actively helped me resolve it, which I truly appreciated. This trip really made me experience the generosity and kindness of the people of Inner Mongolia ❤️

Very close to the East Station, the staff are super friendly and the environment is great. The facilities are brand new, so if you're visiting Hohhot, this is definitely the place to stay. The room decor is very stylish, and the hotel coffee is also quite good. Highly recommend!

The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from Hohhot East Railway Station, perfect for anyone catching a high-speed train. The hotel facilities are modern and complete, everything is clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. The surrounding area is also quite good, with plenty of dining options and easy access to taxis. There's even an outlet mall nearby if you fancy some evening shopping.

Stayed two nights at the James Joyce Coffetel near the East Station. After a tiring hike to Wutai Mountain, this place was a real lifesaver. For around 200 yuan, you get the kind of amenities you'd expect from a 600+ yuan hotel, including a free breakfast. It's super convenient with an outlet mall nearby for food and shopping, and it's right by the subway too. The cleanliness was excellent. Very satisfied.

The hotel staff were really welcoming and the communication process was smooth. However, I arrived late and the room I was given, probably one of the last available, was near a KTV, so it was a bit noisy at night. I'd suggest that anyone who needs a quiet room for sleeping should mention it when checking in to avoid this.

Booked this for my mother-in-law. They just got back from Beijing and were amazed that a hotel in Hohhot costing just over 200 yuan could be so good. It's clean and upscale, a proper hotel indeed. If they ever need to stay near the East Station again, this will be their choice.

The hotel breakfast was rich and varied, plus there was unlimited coffee – highly recommended!
