Room is okay but shower didn't work well hard to take shower

This hotel was exactly what I needed for my time in Inner Mongolia. The staff are super kind and very friendly. I would definitely recommend it. The location is also very ideal. I would stay stay again 🙂

Very kind and helpful staff, great service. The hotel is located in the downtown area, at just few minutes away from the subway. Rooms are quite small (no desk, chairs nor wardrobe), but very clean. Very comfortable and wide bathroom. I had a good stay!

It was very comfortable to stay in this hotel. Excellent location that was near to anything else( markets, shopping malls, coffee shops etc.). Btw i really thankful for reception girl who has little bit english knowledge. Then i could ask basic direction any places where i want to go. Enough clean in the room. Very comfortable bed to get well sleep. If i will go to Hohhot again, i’ll choose this hotel again.

The management of the hotel is not as good as before. My business trips are all near Xinhua Plaza, which requires taking the subway to get to the hotel. But at that time, the service and facilities of Haojue were good, so I always stayed here. The accommodation experience was quite bad this time. Due to electrical problems nearby, there were several power outages in the middle of the night, and there was also a water outage. The music in the bathroom would automatically start when there was a call, which led to a poor rest. The hotel did not take any proactive measures, such as apologizing or providing some water. They only gave it to me after I asked for it. When I left the hotel, a group of waiters were chatting at the bar. I said that the experience was not good, but no one paid attention to me! I will never come for this kind of service again. This happened in March. Later in April, I went on a business trip to Hohhot again. I chose Home Inn Hanting near the Cultural Palace, which is much better than this one.

The room facilities are outdated, the basin is leaking, the TV screen is fixed, the screen does not change when changing channels, the hair dryer works for 30 seconds and rests for 5 minutes, which wastes time and cannot be used normally, the door lock cannot be opened normally with the door lock, and you need to ask the waiter to get the key to open the door, the breakfast variety is sparse and monotonous, the only advantage is the zero-pressure mattress, the room is extremely small and the bed is full of standing space, and there is no place to put the suitcase. This is the worst hotel for travel experience. Although the problems mentioned above were solved later, it still made people feel uncomfortable.

The sensor light at the door turns on after a while in the middle of the night 🙃🙃🙃, and there is no way to solve the problem. The air conditioner responds very slowly. It takes an hour to respond after setting it 😅😅😅. The water temperature is just right for taking a shower, it can't be hotter at all 😅😅😅. I suggest not to book breakfast, there is nothing to eat💩, I have stayed in the Lifeng in Datong which is 800 times better than this one. In summary, the facilities are a bunch of defense💩💩💩💩💩

It must be a five-star praise. The smart curtains in the room, smart music in the bathroom, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and the service from the lady at the front desk is very good. I recommend friends to stay here.

Yunyin Lavande Hotel Jiangjun Office is quite convenient. It's the city center nearby. It's about 300 meters away from the subway entrance. There are Mongolian restaurants nearby. The room is clean and exquisite. The key is that the service attitude is really good. I strongly recommend it

A very disappointing stay experience. (The door is Lavande Hotel, but the platform booked Yunyin Hotel, and the good wine was really hidden) Question 1. The bed is really small. The North Hotel can compare with Singapore for every inch of land and every inch of gold. Question 2. What is annoying is that on the first day, there is work and the auntie can simply change the spare parts. But the next day when we came back from doing errands, we saw that the room was not cleaned and there were no spare parts. The takeaway garbage and other stolen goods from the previous day are all in the room, so I am so angry. question 3. Because we need to leave the hotel half an hour late for work, they directly informed us that we will be charged according to the standard, so we can only stop the meeting and leave the hotel. After staying for 4 days in a row, we only hope that there will be no accommodation for half an hour late. It can be seen that the rules and regulations of this hotel are indeed strict.
