The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied.

Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded me to a room with a different style, which was acceptable. The apartment building is around 30 stories high and houses several different apartment-style guesthouses, sharing 5 elevators. The wait time for the elevators was reasonable. Pros: 1. **Excellent Location:** It's situated on an inner street behind Wanda Plaza, making it relatively free from main road noise. It's close to Metro Line 1 and several bus stops. Within 500 meters downstairs, there are numerous dining options. 2. **Decent Comfort:** For a guesthouse in an apartment building of this type, the room's decor, bed, and bedding are of an above-average standard. The room temperature was good, and the electric water heater provided sufficiently hot water (though it might not be enough for more than two people showering consecutively). Cons: Hygiene was acceptable, but not to a high standard. Signs of wear and tear were visible in different parts of the room. The boxes for toiletries were old and hadn't been replaced. The air inlet of the hairdryer had a thick layer of dust that hadn't been cleaned. Due to water leakage from the shower door, the bathroom door and the wooden flooring outside were a bit damaged. While these issues didn't affect usability, they weren't pleasant to look at. This kind of wear is normal for something that's been in use for 5-6 years or more, but it indicates a lack of maintenance. I agree with another review that if you're a germaphobe, this might not be the place for you. However, for a price of around 100 RMB during the off-season, considering the overall quality of the room and the convenience of travel, it's quite good. But if the prices are higher during peak season, the owner would need to invest significantly in maintenance and upkeep to remain competitive.

Highly recommended! It's affordable, clean, and all the toiletries are disposable, so you can stay with peace of mind. There's a snack bar downstairs with very cheap noodles, and it's convenient for getting around.

The hotel front desk enthusiastically recommended a travel agency to me, saying, 'Many guests have used it, it's great, reliable, and you can trust it.' However, the results were terrible: Firstly, regarding the price: I paid 1200 yuan for a three-day tour package. Later, I found out that other people on the same tour paid less than 500 yuan for the exact same itinerary. To make matters worse, during the three-day trip, I was forced to spend nearly 1000 yuan on attraction tickets. My total expenses ended up exceeding 2200 yuan. When I asked them why, they simply said, 'Your price was quoted individually.' But for the same itinerary and the same service, I paid 4 to 5 times what others did. This isn't doing business; this is ripping off tourists. Secondly, issues with the small group and itinerary: The contract I signed was for a small group. However, on the first and second days, they put me in a large group of nearly 30 people. I was very dissatisfied and complained to the travel agency multiple times. It wasn't until the last day, probably because of my numerous complaints, that they finally arranged a small group for me. Once they had my money, they didn't honor their promises. Thirdly, complimentary tickets and service quality: * They offered me a complimentary attraction ticket valued at 390 yuan as compensation, but I still had to buy two additional activities, which cost me 450 yuan. This was even more expensive than buying a package deal for all three activities directly (550 yuan). * All the attractions were privately established; if you didn't buy a ticket, there was nothing to see, and the ticket prices were ridiculously expensive. * The local staff had a very poor attitude, even yelling at tourists. The hotel said, 'We only made a recommendation; we are not responsible.' Extremely disappointed, and the people too!
