One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Excellent and friendly staff, Phuc and Tin provided particularly fantastic service and we especially enjoyed the traditional Vietnamese coffee making class out on by Tin. Definitely plan on staying here again in the future, it’s just outside the busiest part of Hoi An, you can rent bikes at the entrance of the hotel or bicycles from the hotel itself.

I like the quiet atmosphere of Anantara, from the lotus pond at the door to the lobby, courtyard, and room. The long corridor basically does not meet other people. There are only a few children in the pool playing in the water. There is only laughter and no noise. After entering the door, the waiter will take the luggage and guide to the lobby to sit and drink while waiting. Instead of going there, the luggage will be delivered directly to the room. What I want is a high-rise room without a lift. The highest floor is the third floor. The rooms are well made, the toiletries are good and the fruits are welcome. Breakfast is upstairs at the SPA. There are quite a lot of varieties, there should be some, the rice noodles are light and delicious. The hotel is built along the river. In the evening, walking along the river is very comfortable. It is a ten-minute walk to the ancient city. Grab can't be called here to Da Nang. The hotel waiter called for a regular taxi.

Excellent stay for two girls. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location was away from the bustling ancient town but it was easy to get a Grab. We also walked back from the old town at night. It was a quiet route most shops closed but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would say the route felt safe but do still be vigilant. The staff spoke good English and there was no difficulty at all trying to communicate. Service was excellent, staff offered to help us to pack breakfast after knowing that we were checking out earlier than breakfast time. When our driver was late, staff was also attentive to look out for our driver by the street and offered to help us call and speak to our driver - all without us asking for help! Breakfast buffet was good and the views from the outdoor seats were fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay if you’re in the area!

I was impressed by the service during my check in to the hotel. While they processed, we were given refreshments. Strongly recommend the hotel as it is walking distance about 15 min walk to old city. Morning breakfast buffet is good too as they changes their menu daily.

It's such an amazing time that we spent there. The resort was beautiful and well designed with plenty of tropical trees, large swimming pool and quiet atmosphere. It's the very tough time for hospitality industry, but they still kept their atmosphere quite good. The room was well kept and enough for our stay. However, the electric card was kept on whole day, they could save a lots of money by install door card and electric card in one to reduce the electric usage in the guest rooms.

We loved staying here with it's kooky woodwork wall panels, chairs from tree trunks, and Moroccan bathroom tiles, such a happy change from boring white walls! The location is great, at one end of the street you have a daily night market, at the other a series of little restaurants run from the tiniest of kitchens under a big veranda.Then in the lanes between you and Old Town and the river you'll find an assortment of massage options and as you get closer to the river, bars. The area felt safe to walk around at night with kids playing badminton in the street out the front. We took a fondness to Uncle Dai's boat bar tucked away from the noise by the Dome Theatre. There were lots of options in the breakfast buffet, with pastries, eggs, pho and fruit on offer. The staff were incredible, we were welcomed with a map, suggestions on places we might enjoy and discount options for tailors and shoemakers which was lovely. Be sure to stay a couple of days to get things made so you can roam the town as well.

We cannot recommend Pebble Homestay highly enough! This was a quiet, very clean, comfortable stay a very short and convenient walking distance to the town center. Excellent service, the family that owns this homestay is so kind and helpful and will arrange different tours for you. They also make a delicious breakfast for you with a small extra cost. The family always greeted us with smiles and went out of their way to make it a great experience. This was one of our favorite stays in Vietnam because of the hospitality. The room is basic but very clean and comfortable. Thank you Pebble Homestay!

Room and pool cleaning, garden maintenance, etc. are well done and you can relax. Above all, the hospitality and warmth of the staff are outstanding, and as of May 2023, there are no Japanese-speaking staff, but I would like to recommend it to Japanese people! My stay at Chillax Old Town turned into an absolute nightmare when the shower screen suddenly exploded, leaving me with glass shards embedded in my arms and feet. Shocked and in pain, I had to remove them myself before reluctantly seeking medical help at a dismal facility, Ho An Hospital. The hospital's grim condition—mold, mildew, and rusted medical utensils—amplified the distress of the situation. Adding insult to injury, although the hotel covered my post-hospitalization costs, they callously refused to compensate for the damage inflicted on my personal belongings by the shower screen explosion. Even when I suggested they cover the excess from my travel insurance instead of the exorbitant repair costs, they cited financial inability, despite boasting four business partners. Their promise to chase up the builders for an explanation is simply not enough. Immediate action is imperative, especially with ongoing guests on the premises. The sheer irony of a hotel named 'Chillax' being the center of such chaos is incredibly astounding. Their blatant disregard for guest safety and well-being is utterly appalling. I strongly caution against considering this hotel for anyone valuing peace of mind and personal safety. The thought of a potential recurrence of a shower explosion at any hotel now lingers in my mind, thanks to this distressing experience. The lack of accountability and care displayed by Chillax Old Town, including their failure to cover damages to personal items, is nothing short of unacceptable. PS: the hotel receptionists were trying to assist where possible. However they are only messengers.

Welcoming, genuine, comfy, and convenient. We looked forward coming home seeing the dad, sweet elder -- he always greeted us coming in after a long day. Thuy, she was great, she will help guide if you don't have any plans, but I had a full itinerary already. She cooked for us for breakfast, i loved breakfast vs western complimentary breakfast -- this was a new taste I needed. I suggest you try it all, one every day. We stayed here for 1 week, room cleaning service is completed the second you walk out the building because we came back within 10-15 minutes .... and it was clean. crazy. 100% i'd recommend to everyone except for those whom are wheelchair bound, or needs some sort of assistance walking/climbing. No elevators and theres steep stairs. check google photos for pictures.

[Location] It's located at the eastern end of the old town, making it very convenient to access the old town on foot. Some of the windows were double glazed so it wasn't noisy outside at night. 【service】 The staff at the front desk was very kind. He told me about recommended rice restaurants and banh mi stalls. When I took out Banh Mi for dinner, they not only let me eat it in the breakfast area in the lobby, but also served me some juice. When my phone wasn't working, she looked for recommended spas and made reservations for me. I didn't have any problems communicating with the staff who didn't speak English because I was able to communicate with them using an interpreter app on my smartphone. There was no elevator, but they helped me carry my suitcase. [Cleanliness] It was very clean, including the water area. [Facilities/Amenities] It's a cute room with stylish furniture. The room had two queen-sized beds that were extremely comfortable. There was an air conditioner and a ceiling fan so it was comfortable. Although I didn't use it, there was also a safe, refrigerator, slippers, loungewear, hats, umbrellas, bicycles, and a swimming pool. 【breakfast】 You can choose as much as you like from a menu of more than 10 dishes, including Western and Vietnamese dishes, and they will cook it for you on the spot. All were extremely delicious. The service was very good, and the location and interior design were good, so it was a hotel that I would want to stay at again. thank you very much! !

Fantastic location in the hart of Old Town. Friendly helpful staff, easy check in. Good price accommodation. Quiet at night. Room is a little dated, aircon worked well. Small refrigerator supplied. Room could use a good spring clean. No water bottles available, no toiletries except one toothbrush and t/p. And only two hand towels for drying your body. Overall a little rough around the edges but I would stay again because of the location and price.
