It's such an amazing time that we spent there. The resort was beautiful and well designed with plenty of tropical trees, large swimming pool and quiet atmosphere. It's the very tough time for hospitality industry, but they still kept their atmosphere quite good. The room was well kept and enough for our stay. However, the electric card was kept on whole day, they could save a lots of money by install door card and electric card in one to reduce the electric usage in the guest rooms.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Excellent and friendly staff, Phuc and Tin provided particularly fantastic service and we especially enjoyed the traditional Vietnamese coffee making class out on by Tin. Definitely plan on staying here again in the future, it’s just outside the busiest part of Hoi An, you can rent bikes at the entrance of the hotel or bicycles from the hotel itself.

I like the quiet atmosphere of Anantara, from the lotus pond at the door to the lobby, courtyard, and room. The long corridor basically does not meet other people. There are only a few children in the pool playing in the water. There is only laughter and no noise. After entering the door, the waiter will take the luggage and guide to the lobby to sit and drink while waiting. Instead of going there, the luggage will be delivered directly to the room. What I want is a high-rise room without a lift. The highest floor is the third floor. The rooms are well made, the toiletries are good and the fruits are welcome. Breakfast is upstairs at the SPA. There are quite a lot of varieties, there should be some, the rice noodles are light and delicious. The hotel is built along the river. In the evening, walking along the river is very comfortable. It is a ten-minute walk to the ancient city. Grab can't be called here to Da Nang. The hotel waiter called for a regular taxi.

Excellent stay for two girls. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location was away from the bustling ancient town but it was easy to get a Grab. We also walked back from the old town at night. It was a quiet route most shops closed but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would say the route felt safe but do still be vigilant. The staff spoke good English and there was no difficulty at all trying to communicate. Service was excellent, staff offered to help us to pack breakfast after knowing that we were checking out earlier than breakfast time. When our driver was late, staff was also attentive to look out for our driver by the street and offered to help us call and speak to our driver - all without us asking for help! Breakfast buffet was good and the views from the outdoor seats were fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay if you’re in the area!

Room and pool cleaning, garden maintenance, etc. are well done and you can relax. Above all, the hospitality and warmth of the staff are outstanding, and as of May 2023, there are no Japanese-speaking staff, but I would like to recommend it to Japanese people! Goodperfect ventilation in the bathroompowerful hairdryerenough room lightswater server on the 1st floor Badwater leaks through edge of the bathtubno swing bar door guard Good location, decent facilities and reasonable price. Myself and my daughter had a wonderful stay , the owner and wonderful Mr CONG always helpful . We booked all our tours through him , he booked our tickets to Ba na Hills . Told us to down load the Grab App, rooms are reasonably priced so we got a room each for 7 nights . He also arranged our pick up from the airport , Some reviews said bathrooms needed a bit more attention to detail , but it was minor , remember you are not in Europe . Beds are hard but not a problem for us , spoke to other people staying elsewhere and they seemed to be the same , so maybe it’s standard unless you go 5 star . Beds changed every 2 days , but I’m sure Mr CONG would change more if that’s what you required . He runs the homestay himself and does all the cleaning , he is the most delightful host , and always smiling , we woke him up getting home very late one night and he was fine about it 😊 . Only about a 10 min straight enough walk to the river , you get a good nights sleep as the homestay is down a little street , my daughters room had a little balcony so it saved her having to go downstairs to have a cigarette . Fridge , kettle in the room , plenty of hot water at any time , shop down the way where you can get extra water milk etc. We used the grab app to get taxi to Cui Dai beach , there is also An Bang Beach beside it ,

From the first day of the stay till the moment of my departure, I was really satisfied with the service and friendly staff at Hoi An Heart Lodge. In particular, the owner Manh was very friendly and always willing to help me. I greatly appreciate his hospitality during my stay. Make me feel like i am home. Plus all convenience service like : Continental breakfast, borrowed the bike to ride sight seeing the town , full information about HoiAn tour guide where is good restaurant to eat great Vietnamese food . End of my trip he booked the vehicle 🚗 for me to DaNang airport. I will definitely stay at Hoi An Heart Lodge again when i come to Vietnam next . Highly recommend

Wow wow wow!!!! We were completely blown away by our wonderful welcome from flower and Robert, what a kind, thoughtful couple they both are and we felt instantly at home. Really appreciated all of flowers recommendations (especially the food!) And Robert went and got us a welcome Banh mi which was so needed after a day of travel. Our room was gorgeous, spacious and spotlessly clean. Bed was so comfy and I had the best 3 sleeps of our 14 night trip here, but that also could be because it felt like we were in a home from home. Location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main town but far enough away that its a bit quieter. I am so grateful that we had the opportunity to stay with wonderful Flower and Robert, and little Lewis 😊 Thank you so much for having us, I couldn't recommend the Lion King Hotel more if I tried. It was by far the best place we stayed in Vietnam.

The two female hosts are literally amazing!! They are so sweet, helpful and will do everything to make your stay the best as possible. They give you great recommendations for local hotspots. The cooking class was so much fun and really informative, because you learn so much! Besides that is the stay at the perfect location, it is very central in Hoi An and you can visit everything by foot or bike. The rooms are really great as well. In short, you should definitely visit the Gioan boutique villa if you want to stay in Hoi An!

Very nice host, trying to read all wishes from the lips. Very clean rooms, cleaned every day and also equipped with fresh towels. The host even has depended on our washed clothes and folded clean. If you want to go out for longer than 24Uhr, you get the house key - everything in all very flexible and helpful! Ps: orders breakfast in any case!!!! Sooo delicious!
