Yzistel Hoi An

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to the ancient town. It's also within walking distance of popular spots like the famous baguette shop, coffee shops, and souvenir stores. I loved the design style of the hotel lobby, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The welcome fruit was a nice touch and very tasty. My only issue was with room 108. The room itself was nice, but there was a persistent sewage smell. The front desk tried to fix it, but it didn't help. I suspect this is an ongoing problem, and I hope the hotel addresses and resolves it.

My stay at YZistel Hoi An was truly excellent! The location is super convenient, very close to Hoi An Ancient Town, making it an easy walk. It's especially atmospheric and convenient for visiting the night market and seeing the lanterns in the evening. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet cozy design, making for a very comfortable stay. The environment was also quiet, allowing for a good night's rest. The biggest plus was how incredibly warm and friendly the owner and staff were; they actively offered advice and assistance, which felt very thoughtful. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended for anyone visiting Hoi An. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

This was my favorite hotel during the entire trip. The Nanyang-style decor on the first floor was absolutely stunning. Although the room was small, it was very clean and had everything I needed, including a lovely little balcony – super cozy! The location was key, just a short walk to the ancient town, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, there were plenty of great food options right outside the door.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in different rooms. The first night, the room was decent, though the motorbike noise from the street was a bit loud at night. The front desk staff were great, helping us buy bus and train tickets. However, the hotel manager's handling of an issue was poor. My daughter almost slipped and fell in the shower, knocking over and breaking a shower gel bottle because the floor was slippery. When we checked out, we specifically told them it was due to the slippery bathroom floor. Yet, when we checked into a different room the next day, they insisted on charging us 100,000 VND. Thankfully, Trip.com resolved the issue, and I'm grateful to them! But this incident left a bad impression of the hotel.

The location is excellent, and the service is very attentive. Upon check-in, we received a large plate of welcome fruit with four or five different kinds, plus two drinks. As soon as the staff saw our car pull up, they immediately came over to help with our luggage. Breakfast is à la carte and very generous. But the best part is how beautiful the hotel is. We ended up just sitting in the lobby after breakfast, not wanting to go anywhere else! [facepalm emoji]
