The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a balcony that offered stunning views of the city skyline. The on-site restaurant served delicious, locally-sourced cuisine that rivaled any high-end eatery. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and the overall commitment to excellence at this hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.

The staffs were polite. However the location is a little far away from the old town if you were to walk it would take 20-30 mins.

What an amazing hotel! My friends and I felt extremely welcomed by the staff the moment we walked in. Min, Aimee, and Jack were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were lovely, especially the bathtub! Awesome view from the rooftop pool and the private beach area was great as well! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely outstanding. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are just absolutely amazing. So kind, caring, helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. You will be greeted with a smile at all times. The rooms are stunning. Very classy. The food at the restaurant is great. Vin at the massage downstairs is EXCELLENT. The location is perfect. I cant say anything bad about this hotel. Thank you Little Riverside for such an amazing trip, from Daniel and Paula.

We checked in late at night! Shops were close! We were hungry! No food available in hotel! Welcome drinks n cakes provided but upon asking for more cakes as we have not had dinner! There were none given:(.......first night the room aircon was not working!! The second night was given a better room with a working aircon!.overall is good service but I guess the down side was checking in late :(

Perfect location since we were in Hoi An only one night and the hotel was in walking distance to everything. Staff was exceptional.

Excellent stay for two girls. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location was away from the bustling ancient town but it was easy to get a Grab. We also walked back from the old town at night. It was a quiet route most shops closed but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would say the route felt safe but do still be vigilant. The staff spoke good English and there was no difficulty at all trying to communicate. Service was excellent, staff offered to help us to pack breakfast after knowing that we were checking out earlier than breakfast time. When our driver was late, staff was also attentive to look out for our driver by the street and offered to help us call and speak to our driver - all without us asking for help! Breakfast buffet was good and the views from the outdoor seats were fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay if you’re in the area!

The room is big and clean. But the fitness room is very small. There are not many choices for breakfast and the taste is average. The soundproofing is poor, and you can hear people walking upstairs and using the toilet. The location is just across from the Impression Show, and it only takes 10 minutes to walk there.

The location of the hotel is very strategic. The waiters are very friendly in serving guests.

The scenery of the riverside was healed. The room is cute and clean. All the staff are friendly and will talk to you about anything. The only thing I was worried about was the weak water pressure in the shower, but it may be unavoidable because I feel that the water pressure is weak in Vietnam as a whole.

Cost-effective, very clean, you can sit on the wooden floor of the room with confidence, and there are fruit gifts. Great location. The pool on the roof is very comfortable.

This hotel is a special homestay, not a five-star hotel. It was deceived by Ctrip's five-star hotel logo. Samsung is on google. The service is better, and the rooms are more distinctive. It is a bit like the characteristic homestays in ancient towns in Zhejiang. More than 700 a night is a bit of a hole. 4,500 a night is more appropriate
