The store owner is very friendly and provides us with the help we need. He is also very nice, polite and enthusiastic, and responsive to all requests.
However, the sheets in the room are not clean enough. The toothpaste and bath products are not strong enough. I feel like they cannot be washed clean.

Not expensive, location not close from the market. Rent a hotel motorbike to go to the beach. In love with Vietnam

Absolutely lovely. Very comfortable, bathroom is excellent, and the balcony is gorgeous. Breakfasts are available in the villa’s coffee shop on the ground floor - our pho was delicious - or it is just 10 or so minutes’ walk along the riverside to the bustle of the old town. Near enough to be easy; far enough to be peaceful. Sunny, Cindy and NaNa were fabulously helpful before and during our trip, and easily arranged airport transfers, last-minute tours after our original plans had to change, and even got our laundry done for us. Highly, highly recommend.

Absolutely best hotel in Hoi an... I have being traveling around Vietnam and this hotel really made my trip. Everything works in the room, the cleaning is perfect, the water pressure in shower is best I have in Vietnam, the strong WIFI, the lovely decoration, the free bikes, the support they give you.... but specially the kindness and professional of all the staff. Special mention to Cindy, that manage to find available room for me in a very short notice, thanks so much, and all the support they gave me... and the owner. Definitely the one to come back.
