Good size apartment for two with everything we needed (although some seasoning or cooking oils etc. or a toaster would have been great). Shower was good, bed was comfortable although the duvet was quite heavy for the temperature and the pool was good. Reception staff were great and there was always someone on the door no matter what time. Good location, very walkable into the ancient town but away from the crowds. We would also have preferred there to be some natural light in the apartment but not a big problem.

Every single staff member (especially the main reception guy) here is awesome. Absolutely amazing service and nothing is too much trouble. They really made our stay so much better. Thanks for the incredible experience :)

このホテルを選んだ決め手は洗濯機と乾燥機があることでした。洗剤も用意されていたし、機械自体も使いやすかったです。 無料の前カゴ付きの自転車も用意されていましたので、ホイアン観光に便利でした。 部屋は2階でしたので、夜には窓やバルコニーを開けたままにしておくと蚊が入ってくるので閉めてねと言うことでした。 時期的なものか、時間的なものかわかりませんが、屋上のプールも貸切状態で楽しめました。 スタッフは本当に優しかったです。メールでのやり取りはいつでも素早く返信していただけました。送迎に関しては迷惑をかけてしまいましたが、嫌な顔一つせずに歓迎してくれました。チェックアウト時には日本人用の？素敵なプレゼントをもらい、本当に感激しました。 ホイアンにはほかにも素敵なホテルがたくさんありますが、きっとここに戻ってくると思います。

L'hotel est situé à deux pas du centre culturel et animé de Hoi An (10 min à pieds) tout en etant dans un calme reposant. La piscine sur le toit profite du soleil toute la journée, l'eau est hyper agréable et super propre. Les mecs de l'hotel sont super sympas, et en plus de ça méga beaux gosses. Allez y ppur l'hotel, mais aucun doute que leur charme n'est pas pour rien au séjour agréable dans cet hotel.

Super hôtel, très bien situé dans un quartier très calme de Hoi An, à l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville. Le centre ville est toutefois accessible à pied (moins de 10 minutes), ou en vélo, grâce aux vélos mis à disposition gratuitement par l’hôtel. Notre chambre était très propre et joliment décorée. La piscine est géniale, sur le toit de l’hôtel. Nous avons eu la chance d’y observer le feu d’artifice pour le nouvel an lunaire. Enfin, le personnel de l’hôtel était adorable, et à l’écoute. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100%.

Excellent accueil de la part des deux réceptionnistes, dont l'un parle très bien anglais. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous et nous avons apprécié d'être surclassés, sans frais supplémentaires, ce qui nous a permis de séjourner dans un appartement avec une chambre supplémentaire. Appartement très fonctionnel, bien équipé et propre. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Le plus, une machine à laver et un sèche-linge. L'hôtel est situé dans une rue très calme, en retrait du centre animé de Hoi an, auquel on accède en 15 mn de marche environ. La piscine sur le toit est bien agréable après une journée de balade. Les vélos gratuits mis à disposition sont bien pratiques pour se balader dans les rizières environnantes et accéder aux plages de Hoi an. Le meilleur hébergement de notre séjour au Vietnam.
