It's a short walk from the buzz of Hoi An Old town, away from the noisy busy part. Ms Liza, the concierge is very accommodating and helpful. Our luggage was delayed, she helped us contact the airport personnel. Our triple room is very spacious. The breakfast is just right, alway with fresh fruits.

My partner and I stayed at the Ivy Hotel for four nights. The hotel was in a great location for exploring the old town. It is in easy walking distance to the river to see the lanterns and the night markets. Our room was reasonably priced and clean. Lisa and the rest of the staff on the front desk were also very helpful in answering any questions we had, booking tours and providing recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night in this hotel when visiting Hoi An. The staff was very nice and helpful. They organised a transfer to the airport at a good price. When we arrived, a people speaking g only little English welcomed us, and we were later contacted per message by an English speaking person offering advice if needed. This was really appreciated. The location is great, very near the city centre (less than 10 minutes on foot and you are in the middle of the old town). If you have the chance to have a room with a view on the river, the view at night is amazing! The room was simple, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was comfortable and functional. Little drawback: the room was relatively loud, being located near a big road. However, it did not bother me. As we stood up early to visit My Son, we did not have breakfast here. Hoi An Ivy Hotel is a place I would stay in when visiting Hoi An.

Lovely hotel, at very great standard compared to many hotels/motels/guesthouses around the area for the same price. The hotel located in the center of Hoi An, 5mins walk to the Old Quarter or the central attraction bridge. Room is large, with big window, gigantic bed, sleekly clean bathroom, good quality furniture. Staffs are friendly. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant welcome, the staff perfectly bilingual French & English. Very close to the old town on foot. We also used a car with driver for an excursion and transfer to the airport, all organized perfectly by the hotel. Slight disappointment with the normal breakfast it's time they get organized. Brand new hotel and just opened.
