I stayed here ***before COVID*** when I was backpacking. I took an overnight bus to Hoi An, and unfortunately got food poisoning. I was so sick, but when I reached the hotel in the morning well before check in, they went above and beyond to take care of me, offering me water, tea and a place to lie down. They continuously checked up on me and got me into my room as quickly as they could. I am beyond grateful. I kept forgetting to write this review so this is a review for 2019, but if they're anything like they were back when I travelled, STAY WITH THEM! :))))))
