The staff was very attentive and polite, room suite was lovely and comfortable. Hector at the restaurant every time we were there for breakfast he was very helpful, welcoming and super friendly, he made our experience at the island that much more special.

Check in was a little confused. They put us in the wrong room and then had to move us. Other than that, no issues. It is a nice place and a good location with easy access to everything. The beach was clean and free from excessive sea****. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Hotel is average. Considering the price paid, I would expect better amenities and staff. Reception staff is over complicated.

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Palapas del mar. The rooms our comfortable and large. You can have your own patio with a little pool. The hotel is located near to the beach and has it's own mat, which makes it really easy to have a nice, quit beachday. It's not too far away from the center but far enough to be in a quit neighbourhood. The service was great, we had a shower head which was not working well and we told it to the reception. 5 minutes later the craftsman was already there to adjust and change it. Breakfast buffet was delicious!

The location was great but the rooms clearly hadn't been updated in a while and could use it. The staff weren't amazing, our room wasn't cleaned the first two days we were there and the restaurant staff were quite slow and a bit rude.

One of my best vacation ever. Island is amazing. Hotel was overall good but need some improvement …rooms was good but smelled bad like sewer coming from bathroom . The staff was amazing really friendly people. I will comeback
