Rooms in general are fine; breakfast was great. However, upon check in, could not get tv to work, and to be told “ that I just have to be smarter than the tv” But this staff person also could not get tv to operate w/o log in messages, etc. After 3 times going back and forth to ofc, I suggested to just put me in a different room with a tv that works, to which, I was accused of having an attitude. I was put in a different room, and, tv did not work in that one either. Apparently, a cable was not connected properly in back of cabinet, I guess I didn’t realize that was my responsibility to verify all connections were proper.
