Our room was very spacious and clean. We were able to clean towels in the morning when someone knocked to see if we wanted any room cleaning services. The reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the front desk receptionist, Isabella. She seemed annoyed when we walked in and talked at me instead of to me. She asked “can I have your ID and the card for payment”. I told her that the room was already paid for since I reserved through *******. “She proceeded to say “you need a card for the $100 incidentals. If you don’t ruin anything or order anything then it’ll go back.” I know about incidentals but asking for a card for incidentals and asking for a card for payment are two separate things. Maybe she was having a bad day, but her attitude ******. The two gentleman that came on after (they were there on Friday April 3, 2026 after 3 pm) were absolutely fantastic. They were kind and friendly and even asked about our night (we were headed to a wedding). I appreciated them so much. The woman that checked us out on Sunday morning was very kind too. I think you just have one bad egg.
